Again another deal from Iceland, ironic for a company who cares about the rainforst apparently as these are labeled and designated for the vegetarian market however there contain palm oil a contributing factor why the rain forest is in a mess.

I’ve checked several sites and find no mention of Palm Oil, where have you got your info from as I’m shocked if it’s true after all their claims.
These are gorgeous on a bap or with chips and baked beans

Same as you on the iceland website check it out yourself it's on any website who sell these sausages and on the packaging. It is in multiple brands too its a joke things like pot noodle to biscuits etc how much of this unnecessary ingredient is used when it's taking such a negative impact on the planet however especially from a company that is supposed to be what they are.
We are not Vegie but my kids love these more than normal burgers..

Ffs, how naive am I , just delved deeper and the actual claim was the removal of Palm oil from their OWN line of products.... not brand names etc. I was under the impression that they would only sell products without the Palm Oil. I feel a little bit lied to here ( or was it just clever advertising ) thanks for posting mate.

Easy done, it's a tactic they use I suppose. I am checking more and more items and noticing the amount of companies using palm oil, to be fair and honest your not alone however many people don't care or simply don't know or understand but the amount of oil pumped into these products and what contains it is ridiculous have a look next time your in the shop you'll see what I mean. And no worries m8.
These are great.
I was appalled when I read about them using palm oil - it put me right off my horse burger.

To be fair its going to be very hard for them to remove any products containing palm oil and offer the range of priducts theur customers would expect.
But good that they are at least driving change with their own products.

On a separate note these burgeres are absolutely rank

Surely its not unecassary thought otherwise they wouldnt use it? There must a be a reason its in there
What a reason to use more and more to destroy our planet yeah I Know the reason it's cheap and easy to get they don't care about the planet or rain forest there is suitable alternatives however they don't use them it's a regular thing they bung into food and products does that sound reasonable? Not to me it doesn't.

Woah calm down... I wasn't having a go, was jsut simply pointing out there must be a reason it's in there. Your statement said that its unnecessary, (as in they can just remove it with no issues), As you have posted above they would need to find an alternative (Because the type of product is needed in their current recipe)

I'm a massive meat eater, my mrs bought these burgers so I had to try to see how crap they were, I actually thought they were really nice. Most veggie burgers are dryer than a nuns chuff.

Lush Burgers, good spot
These are tasty!
Well worth it cheers for posting @rosalina1818
Really nice burgers,recommended.
Also £1.25 in Lidl if you haven’t got an iceland close,
these are really nice, had them for tea tonight
Decent reduction on vegetarian burgers. Of the ones that I have tried these are among the best.

An ideal addition to the freezer for Meat Free days.

Heat added.
