I would imagine that this will last as long as the baby event which finishes on the 1st October. These normally retail at around £20 and I was really pleased with the marked up price of £15 but when I got to the till it came up as £7.50. As with the Graco car seat it appears that this is one of those items which are half price. I spoke to a staff member who stated that it was the lines that 'they don't normally stock' which are half price. She showed me a cot sheet set which included a bumper, sheet, blanket and quilt which had been reduced from £25 to £12.50 which wouold also be a great buy for someone. They have to be taken to the till though as they are not marked up at this price

I think I paid that for one 5 years ago. I was going to get a second hand one but as this is my third everything he has seems to be hand me downs and I wanted to get him at least one thing new. Even better that it was a bargain

Hi which store was this please?

It was the Asda Queslett in Great Barr, Birmingham. Still had about 10 on display at close of business this afternoon.

Going to try my Asda tomorrow, they normally reduce thier baby things after they have a baby event

Even five years ago this cost almost double in price.

Bargain!

Ideal for the price, they have them out at that price at the end of each baby fayre.. These ones are not as good as the plus version but bargain at the price.. Got 2 last year at this price for gifts.

Great Price. Paid more than this second hand on Ebay!

I had a bad experience with one of these a few years back.
One of my kids was happily bouncing away, when two of my other older kids, chasing each other, ran past him, accidentally knocking his head against the doorframe.I had to take him to hospital.
Altogether a horriffic experience.I'd never use one of these again.

My son is 7 weeks and I put him in it last night and he was fine in it. They can use it when they can hold their head up themselves so you may not want to put it away for christmas

great stuff - especially for those babies who will be hyperactive toddlers and kids. My boy was in one so much it's a wonder he's not bow legged!

My boys loved this.

Heat.

Great price, my daughter had one nearly 10 years ago, she loved it and we paid about the £20 mark for it. Still in the loft, I must get it out for our 7 month old.

Is this only instore as its coming up as £15 online.

You put a 7 week old child in one of these? I'm honestly disgusted.

The suggested time is 6 months + on the Lindam website (even comes in the 6-12 month baby play section). Yes it states that once they can hold their head unaided then can use this bouncer, but I don't care what anyone says, no child at the age of only 7 weeks can hold their head up themselves for very long at all.

My son is a very large baby and is now 17lb, not many 7 week old babies are that size either. He was 2 weeks overdue and has been holding his head on his own almost from birth. He was in it for 10 minutes with me sat next to him supervising as it is recommended. I really don't see what it has got to do with you how I bring up my child. It is recommended they can use it when they can hold their head on their own which is what I have done. This is my 3rd baby, I am in my 30's and have worked within child protection and social services and would never put my child at risk!!!!
They may put it in the 6 - 12 month section but I would never put my 12 month child in this as by then they have been walking and you wouldn't put them in it then. These are guidelines and every child is different as every child develops differently.
Please don't criticise how I decide to bring up my child when you know nothing about me or my family!!!

It was also showing as £15 in store but came out at £7.50 on the till. I wouldn't imagine you can get it this price online. I imagine the theory is to get rid of the stock that they don't normally keep in that store

Checked in MK, its priced £15...

Anyone know how often asda have their baby events? I think I've missed this one at our local one but would like to go to the next one.

Hot deal thanks, ive been on a mission today buying cheap baby products and i can tell you that chandlers ford asda still has these at £20 and arent reducing them because they have a full time baby section to keep them in, but they were £7.50 in portsmouth and they had about 3 left when i was there earlier today. If you are looking for them in portsmouth there on the top shelf near the nappies. They also had about 10 at waterlooville asda but phone and check the price before you go down as i cant guarentee they were reduced, i went to the waterlooville branch after portsmouth to get the baby walker which was reduced to £12.50.

I also picked up 2 copies of need for speed pro street ps3 at portsmouth asda for £1 each, the bloke behind the till got himself a couple of copies as well and took the rest of the shelf to price check them but worth asking for a copy as they are priced at £29.99 on shelf. There was about 8 copies before he swiped them all off the shelf

£20 not £7.50 i have just brought one
