Sainsbury’s have reduced the price of the large 600g boxes of Lindt Lindor chocs to just £1.30. All varieties are included. I picked up a box of original and a box of mixed. There weren’t any mint left sadly

Found them on the seasonal isle in Sainsbury’s Burton on Trent priced at £10. Overheard the manager telling the staff of the reduction. There were around 20 boxes left but the staff were scooping them up and running into the back with them pretty sharpish!

Cheap valentines choc’s for the wife - she’s a lucky gal!

A seasonal Isle in sainsburys sounds great, wonder if there are any holidays there I can book
So no one has confirmed this is national, but it's still being voted hot... Ffs
Does anyone else think these aren’t as nice as they were a few years ago?
Forget the wife! She can be happy with a portion of chips (large and with salt and vinegar if she’s lucky!). These are MINE!

Maybe not national
I think this is old christmas stock - I would be very surprised if this offer was in more than a couple of stores nationwide.

Great find though and enjoy

I was thinking that as well unless my taste has changed. I’ve got a box that’s been open since Christmas Day that’s still not finished and normally I’d scoff two or three a day!
Best chocolate ever

Release the geese!
How many varieties of Sainsbury’s are there?

100% real
99.5% of stores will not have stock.

The only ones that will have stock are those where the manager held back the excess Christmas stock for Valentines/Easter as that's when the next chocolates arrives in the seasonal aisle, thinking they'd still be full price - However Head Office reduced these to clear halfway through January. Wild Goose Chase. I cleared them out in my local back in Jan.

Oh, and if you are flocking - Please make sure they are the 600g boxes... not just the larger size as they are typically the 337g ones and are £7.50/£5

Saw the title, got excited, clicked to ask if there were any mints, then read your description

Thanks for the heads up though, maybe there's some left in my local
Does anyone remember the great Lindt website misprice of 2014? I remember, and my stomach still has the extra inches to show for it.

It was this;

Worse value than this deal, but a selection of everything on offer (milk ones are a little sickly after a few imo). I only got 1 box, but I remember some saying they had bought 5, 6 or 7 boxes, they must now be incredibly fat!

Went to my local Sainos just now and this offer didn't exist.

I was staring at these at sainsburys last night and they didn't have any price tag under them which I thougbt was odd, I was going to take one to ask at checkout but thought nah its probably fully price..... How wrong I was

Did you come all the way from Straya to do that?
Great find! This isn’t local Sainsburys but I bet they’ll all be gone tomorrow when I go! 😫
FYI this has already been posted a month ago (see title) - So good luck finding any remaining. Hopefully my hypothesis above is correct and more are on the shop floor now.

Perhaps one of the best chocos going, these melt in your mouth and send you to heaven and back for more.

The dark one is even better, the creaminess of the Lindor process helps take a bit of the edge off the dark chocolate. These ones are very nice, but a little too sweet imo. The (now discontinued?) dark coffee ones were excellent as well.
I can't even see the 600g ones online

meh
So no one else found any?
Called them up and all the 600g ones have been discontinued and unlikely in most stores you’d be lucky if you found some old leftover stock
Went to my local and didn’t have nothingnof the mind, this is Redditch btw just incase your local time and thinking of making the trip, save your trip for a national deal
Got 5, they are marked as £1.30. this is my first time actually finding a rare deal in store! Sainsburys Derby (Osmaston Road) still have 30 or so left.
Hot tip: Put one (or better yet, two) of these in a bain-marie to melt, add usual amount of cocoa powder for hot chocolate, whole milk + more sugar if necessary, and have yourself a proper, rich hot chocolate, not the dishwater that is often served up under the same name.
