Lion Midget Gems back at B&M 49p for 150g

The original ones, accept no imitations like Maynards.
Same price as the last time I posted these, 37p a quarter in proper sweet terminology.

Before anyone asks the blacks are liquorice flavour, not blackcurrant like the inferior brands.

Still made in Cleckheaton, Yorkshire as they have been since 1903.

Dentist visit may be required after consumption. Not suitable for vegetarians (seriously).

Oh I do love me a midget gem! I think a visit is in order.
Love midget gems
I think you will find they prefer to be called "Little People"
Liquorice blacks , ban all blacks that taste of blackcurrant

Home bargains do bags of the liquorice gums for 39p for those of us that prefer them
Just buy the Tesco value might gems 175g for 25p and don’t even tell me they taste any different, your just paying double for the lion name and logo on the packet and you don’t eat that
Ugh not veggie yuck!
The fruit salad ones are also down to 49p.

The Asda own brand used to be exactly the same but they changed about 4 yrs ago to the soft all taste the same rubbish like the Tesco own brand ones. The Lion ones are hard and so much better a bargain at 49p

You're wrong, nothing comes close. If it was something like Heinz v own brand Ketchup or Coke v own brand I'd agree, but not when it comes to the gems, no comparison.
There is nothing that match Lions midget gems/fruit salad/sports mix even better at that price yum yum
