Any bono with half a braincell knows how to use google to search for free music streaming. And if you diddnt know that you could search google for that then you're just plain pathetic...Nah, this website is for hot UK DEALS (the clue is in the name) free music streaming isnt a 'deal' - its a facility available on the internet which can be found easily. I'd rather not clog the site up with posts for google and youtube or grooveshark so its easier to find deals that are actually good, like Xbox 360's for £19.99 etc.

As I have made quite clear on the post, I am just alerting people of the facility that is GrooveShark, and as it is free to use, it fits the freebie category.

Oh good lord, no. The chances of that are incredibly slim.

If you frequently use torrent sites and continuously share copyrighted files you could find yourself with a letter on your doorstep demanding hundreds, if not thousands of pounds in lost revenue. But they have to identify you first, by contacting your ISP (internet provider) for your IP address (a unique number which identifies you online).

Grooveshark is not a legal music streaming service.

(But it is good...)

loving the mislabelled 32kb mp3s

Are EMI, Universal, Sony and Warner not all suing grooveshark for copyright infringement? From what I've read it's a border-line illegal service hence why it's also no longer available on play store.

£60 is so crippled there's basically no point. Unlimited listening only at a PC, can't take it with you on an iPhone etc don't forget that used to be free for Spotify invitees!

I also managed to get my subscription back down to the original $30/year after sending them an e-mail. I was one of the original members so I played the loyalty card - which is true!!

I have to recommend spotify over all the others. The HTML5 version of GrooveShark is promising though. Stay clear of Napster, it is terrible.

I had this on my Android phone and it works quite well. I used it for about 6 months on the London Underground, and the only problem is, is that when it loses connection it doesn't automatically find the next available offline song and you are required to change it to an offline playlist manually, whereas my Spotify does it automatically.
