Wanted to buy a few things but have to open an account to be able to purchase from them and not able to pay upfront - so effectively it's a credit account. Thumbs down from me for this reason

Hi. If you do open the credit account tho, you can pay upfront. I’m sure there is an option to either have a credit account or upfront.

That option means you get 7 days to pay after receipt of goods so it's still effectively credit.

Same here, justbrowsing, I hate accounts that have to be opened as a credit account which I'll never use, but creates a "mark" on my credit history. I won't vote the deal down because it could be a good one; but I won't be buying one as I would have done if there'd been a straightforward purchase option
Update price, its gone down again!
