Critically acclaimed and best-selling PlayStation franchise LittleBigPlanet makes its debut on PlayStation 4 with LittleBigPlanet 3. Sackboy is back, this time with playable new friends – Toggle, OddSock, and Swoop – each with their own unique abilities and personalities. This handcrafted adventure is set to revolutionise the way gamers play, create, and share in the world of LittleBigPlanet.

Storyline:

In LittleBigPlanet 3, Sackboy is transported to a new planet called Bunkum, a creative paradise where abundant ideas drift through the sky. Unwittingly, Sackboy helps release three mythical creatures called the Titans who aim to ruin Bunkum and transform the world's most unskilled Creator, Newton, into a terrible monster. To restore balance to the land, Sackboy is going to need help in the form of Bunkum's ancient heroes: Toggle, OddSock, and Swoop.

Game features

New playable characters: Three new playable characters – Toggle, OddSock, and Swoop – each with their own unique set of skills. Toggle comes in two forms, Big and Little; Big Toggle is heavy and strong, capable of weighing down platforms and moving heavy objects, while Little Toggle is nimble and fast, perfect for fitting through small gaps. OddSock is a fast, agile wall-jumping character, while Swoop can fly and glide at high speeds and lift up objects with her talons.
Four-player online/offline multiplayer: Play both the Adventure mode – designed using solely Create tools – or download any of the user-generated levels to play with up to four friends via offline co-op or online via random matchmaking.
Powerful, accessible, new Create tools: Create mode has been completely redesigned with powerful new tools, including customising how each of the four playable characters look and play, giving the community even more options to massively expand UGC possibilities. Creating is also easier than ever before with new advancements like the DualShock 4 wireless controller touch pad for a more tactile creative experience.
Fresh next-gen experience: The PS4 system offers greater functionality, advanced gameplay performance, and upgraded graphical fidelity with four times the pattern texture resolution and added depth of field, all in full HD 1080p. Leveraging key PS4 system features, LBP3 offers players the best LBP experience to date.
Share more: Building upon the strong LBP community at the heart of the franchise, LBP3 offers even more ways for players to share their experiences. Through the Share button on the DualShock 4 wireless controller, players can now instantly share their latest feat or edit and publish video clips straight from the game.
Cohesive LBP platform community: LBP3 offers players on the PS4 platform access to over 8.5 million previously published UGC community levels for an expansive, interconnected community.

Jesus Christ £17. I paid £23 and I haven't touched it. Curse you, games!

Ugh. Ive just paid £20 for monster hunter yesterday!

MH4U Even cheaper! I was wrong, it did go below £18. Neh, £17!

£16.96 for Mario Party 10 is insane. almost makes it worth it (even though it's an incomplete experience without amiibo).

heat!

phew good thing I sold my copy of Monster Hunter for nearly £30 at release time, just couldn't get into this

Same here, thought I was getting a bargain for it too.

Keep deciding against LBP but tempted for the price and to have another Couch Co-Op game for the wife...

Haha, oh well its not THAT much more at least.

Though my hukd organ just ruptured a bit.

Oh wow - this is officially the hottest price ever for MH4U! Insane price for an insane amount of gameplay often stretching to hundreds of hours.

May have to buy MH4U just because of the price.

I'm checking out as guest but can't see where to enter the codes? Anyone help?

sadly nothing here for me

You need to be registered and logged in.

Paid £28 for MH4U, but worth every penny If you own a 3DS and haven't bought this game, i'd recommend buying it for £16.96, an absolute steal! Heat added

Mario Party 10 ordered for my LO!

Stonking prices for Mario Party and Monster Hunter especially.

This is hot for Mario Party, thanks Turkey - ordered another one. I hope you get paid for this...

Resisted MP10, until today, had to bite at that price - thanks OP

Am I the only one who can't check out? I get an error right at the end after I input my card number. Does this website accept only cards from UK maybe?

I think it happened to some people yesterday. They had to enter a phone number for it work.

It's just giving me an error message every time, saying to enter a valid code even though it already accepted it. The usual rakuten joys!

I ordered Monster Hunter 4 on saturday for £19.95 via The Game Collection so am quite annoyed that this code has now appeared and offers the same game via the same retailer for £16.96

I emailed to The Game Collection to request a refund for £2.99 but they have refused, with representative Jack Keogh stating that:

"Unfortunately as the discount code is Rakuten's offer and not ours as we simply sell through their marketplace, we are unable to offer a partial refund as this code is not our promotional offer. "

This is pretty pathetic in my opinion. If it were Amazon, I'm sure that the refund would've been given without a fuss.

Anyone know what state LBP3 is in? Heard it was really buggy at release but unsure if it's been fixed.

I think their point is that Rakuten are taking the hit on the discount and not them, therefore they don't want to set a precedent where they are not required to. It's not great, but it is understandable.

You can return the first one and re-order, but you will likely have to pay postage for the return. Or cancel it if they are yet to send.

Under the distance selling regulations you can return anything bought online within 14 days for a full refund, provided you don't open it of course. Companies like Amazon offer to pay postage on returns, but are not legally required to do so.

Just refuse delivery and ask for it to be returned to sender. Then order it at the cheaper price.
