My neighbour has this. Very annoying

Does it give you away when you’re trying to sneak in during the early hours?

I can Imagine, you want to have my neighbours, in and out of the front …I can Imagine, you want to have my neighbours, in and out of the front door several times during the day. Love your user name Gollywood lol

You've got it easy! My neighbours even have a car on their drive! I mean, how annoying is that?

And wouldn't the humidity get it, eventually?

You would have thought so. Certainly not designed for outside use...

It can't be that annoying with the brightness very dim in outdoor scenarios!
I am not buying it,no point in getting people annoyed.

How selfish of them...
I have a similar thing in the bathroom for nighttime visits without having to put the light on. Its more than enough light to do what's needed and the batteries have lasted at least 4 months despite being activated at least 4 times every night (yes, I have old-man’s-bladder). Never considered whether it annoys my neighbours though but I will go and ask!
Great for landings and bedroom/En-suites. Hot.
I'm annoyed at my neighbours at the thought of them even thinking about buying this!
I'm annoyed with my neighbours too. They have the audacity to live in their house.

Seconded. I have these all over the house (inside) including bathrooms and landings . No need to switch on bright lights to disturb everyone thats sleeping. They provide enough light to use the bathroom without mishaps lol.
I take them on holiday as they are great for hotel rooms, cruise cabins etc particularly if your a bit jet lagged and disorientated. Also great for baby's room when you need to make a quick check. An absolute must in my opinion.

Yes:D
I got one of these; it didn't annoy my neighbours. Took it back and bought a small excitable dog instead. Works a treat.

how many batteries does it need?

4 AA Batteries in the ones I have. Different make but very similar. Use Duracell and they will last for ages. Mount them as in picture and you get a downward facing light and other way up for a brighter more room filling light.
Any idea about battery life & type ?

Previous reply says 4 AA and another reply says 4 months but the replies do say it's for a different make.
