I remember watching the trailer for this initially and thinking "Meh.." as it didn't look all that. How wrong was i ?

Brilliant, brilliant film.

I'm an Amazon Prime customer and it's £7.99p. Hmm.
For Non Prime members you can get this for £4.99 delivered at The Entertainment Store! It’s also part of the Buy 2 get 1 free offer.
Seen all the X-Men films then there was this one....too much bad language. The kids can watch the others but definitely not this one.
Hugh Jackman as Joel in the TLoU movie please. Or Karl Urban.

You need to click on "other sellers" and it's sold by Amazon, it will just take 2-4 weeks as they've sold out but will still honour the price when they get stock.

They're not doing a movie anymore, it's gonna be a TV show on HBO instead.

That's what I meant, silly me.
Not really into "superhero" films, but this was my favourite, along with The Dark Knight and Watchmen. I say "was" rather than "is" because they've now released Joker!

Same here, paid no attention to it because I couldn't believe they were doing yet another Wolverine film after the previous flops. Then I saw Patrick Stewart and Hugh Jackman talking about the film and was impressed with what they'd said so gave it a go and it's one of my favourite superhero films. It's a welcome break from the standard formula with a small scale, a small cast and little in the way of impressive visuals instead with a focus on the actual characters who are all great and it has a real emotional impact at times.

Of course not, however I would have wished why James Mangold didn’t do an R rated wolverine movie earlier.

Shame really, as this movie showed that the wolverine by Hugh Jackman could have been dark and gritty!
I knew when I watched the opening scene, this movie was not going to be a let down!

The only movie I’ve ever gone to watch at midnight pre-release!! Left stunned thinking this was amazing but also sad knowing there wouldn’t be another R rated wolverine movie by Hugh Jackson.
