£15.35 with postage

this is not the USB version am afraid
Cold

sorry for the question but what is the advantage of usb headset?

A USB headset doesn't require headphone and microphone sockets on your PC or Laptop. If you have these sockets then you're better off a headset like this.

not being usb is a stupid reason to vote cold

Not when the orginal post had it in its headline, now amended. USB headsets cost more and are required for some speech recognition programs. It would have been a better bargain if it had the USB connection as stated originally.

It's not a stupid reason to vote cold.
This is not a good deal, it is the regular price according to Froogle
google.co.uk/pro…tle

The USB version retails for approx. £25, so if it was the USB version that would've been an excellent deal.

Damn! I just bought one from eBuyer for £20.xx. It is still the same price now one eBuyer.

None of those prices include from £4-£9 postage on top! eg Lambdatek @ £10.06 is £18.69 delivered.

This thread is completely misleading ..

The one for this deal is not the Logitech ClearChat Comfort but the Logitech ClearChat Stereo!!!

They are the different products and this price for a Logitech ClearChat Stereo does not impressed me at all.

Which ones?

Dragon NaturallySpeaking works fine for me

Yeah, there is not much advantage to having a USB version unless you have no input holes for your sound card or you get too much interference when using a regular jack input (common problem with onboard sound on quite a few motherboards)

Would these work with Call of Duty on the PC?

IBM's Via Voice for Mac is one example
