For anyone in the know do you need a decent seat for this as don't fancy sitting with a tray on my knee!

Want it badly, but unsure if this will work with the PS5

I use it on my pc, just secured to my desk. My carpet is rather thick though, so my desk chair and the pedals don't move with pressure. This works perfectly for me.

Yep, I brought one and sat on the side doing nothing. Without a racing seat rig it's no good! 😔
My advise, buy a second hand T300 wheel. Belt driven is so much better
If you use it on pc don’t need a stand if you got a sturdy desk. On console, 90% you probably better off with a stand

Wouldn't recommend a 2nd hand T300. They have reliability issues as is, so it's risky if it's coming without a warranty or ability to return.

It's also more expensive, and it's *far* more expensive if you also want pedals w/clutch and a shifter. I love my T300RS w/599XX wheel, T3PA Pro and TH8A shifter setup, but this G29 deal is impossible to beat if you're getting into sim racing. It's a perfectly decent setup as well, it's not some budget garbage by any means. Lots of extremely good sim racers still use this Logitech gear and loads of racing titles will have a profile built in for it as well since they're so popular.

Got this for £119.99 in black Friday without the gearstick though
The code no longer works on the G920 shifter bundle

Thanks for the info dude and @Hammerit44 cheers for the laugh. Looks like I'll have to borrow the ironing board off the wife

Both my t300 / tspc are second hAnd and had no issues. Whereas my G27/G29 both developed faults from new

Going by their past products, it definetly wont be.

That's great, you've been both lucky and unlucky there. It's well known TM wheels aren't known for reliability, though. And the Logitech G wheels generally are.

Buying TM wheels 2nd hand is a not-insignificant risk. Of course plenty will be fine if they do it, but enough wont that I dont want to be the person who is to blame for recommending it.

Can someone just explain the maths behind the product being £180 and applying a 20% discount becomes £146.40. According to my maths it should be £144.00. I did purchase one of these and the VAT invoice from Currys also states the product is £127.60 with VAT at £18.80 which also doesn't make sense as it should be £122 plus £24.40 VAT. I queried this with Currys and they just fobbed me off and said it was correct..!!
