Amazing mouse. Owned my current one for like 2-3 years with no issues at all.

Personally if I was going to spend this much on a mouse I'd get a Zowie.

I got rid of this mouse after owning it for three months. Didn't like it.

Are Zowie mice better?

This is generally rated as one of the best mice their is.

I never even knew Zowie made mouses. All I know is they're owned by Ben Q which tends to be quite budget.

How do you define "better"?

In terms of DPI this is one of the best. In terms of lighting and customistion, even weights, this is one of the best there is. In terms of profles and software, this is one of the best there is.

Maybe you think it looks uncomfortable or isn't suited for your hand or style, but other than that this is generally top of the line.

Zowie make the best competitive mice around and they definitely are not budget since the cheapest is £55. Also high DPI and lighting are not important in a good mouse, most CSGO players play at 400 or 800 DPI.

Not saying Logitech are awful or anything, but they're overpriced.

That's interesting about Ben Q, I had never considered them as budget. At least, their monitors were top of the line back in the day. I haven't been keeping up though.

Better can be defined in many ways, however I understand many serious gamers recommend simplistic mice i.e. not too many bells and whistles. For FPS games, light mice seem to be preferred. This mouse is pretty funky and heavy even without the weights. For me I found the Logitech software quite irksome due to the interface being extremely tiny and not scaling. I found the wire also tended to attract dust. I haven't heard any gamers actually recommend a higher DPI mouse so I'm not sure what the benefit of that is. Being an adult gamer, I can live without fancy lighting effects.

Also, I noted a couple of people in my Steam friendslist who are really good at FPSes, recommend Zowie. I also note their simplistic shape and can be as light as 85g.

For me personally I would really like a nice wireless mouse.

Bought it in currys at £38 a couple of weeks ago.
