Had this set for over 3 years now and they worked great for about 13 months. until the microphone stopped working, the internal wiring had broken or came loose inside the boom, and to fix it you need to destroy the boom itself. the microphone rotates upwards to mute and you can lengthen the mic boom to sit closer to your mouth, putting them on charge I had to put the boom upwards every few days.

I contacted Logitech and they wanted about 5 weeks to repair or refund me. my mate gave his blue yeti to use (mic) but I never did send them away so I currently use them as wireless headphones at my PC.

They're comfortable but I wouldn't purchase them, even at this price they're a time bomb if you use the microphone to mute or need to move it at all.

Either Corsair or hyperX if the price drops.

Those charge with micro usb and there is no 3.5 mm jack. Personally will wait for baracuda x 2022 which got bluetooth on top for ever more compatibility

Have just ordered the HyperX Cloud Stinger Core Wireless - they're arriving today... should I return them and get this? A £140 headset for £55 seems pretty dreamy but I don't know much about this one

I bought the CloudX Stinger the other day (for ~£8.80, in Switzerland) and I think they're very basic gaming cans. The material around the ears are fabric so they can feel itchy, whereas more expensive headphones will be PU leather. Sound is very simple with no noise cancellation, but for my ears they do the job when it comes to just playing some CoD and chatting on Discord.
I just wanted a cheap pair for my new Series S but if I wanted to spend a little more, I'd make sure the material was better. If you have the budget, I'd say return the HyperX and buy these

I have these 58.99 back in Oct. IMO they have a nice immersive feel, good range (including downstairs) but the telescopic part of the headband feels a bit cheap even at the reduced price.

They are fine for work calls too. I needed a non-bluetooth headset for work as my employers, in their wisdom, have blocked bluetooth.

In the cold they keep my ears warm
