Great mouse, I have a few around and they've been excellent.
Thanks, got my first in 2014 for £41 it's the best mouse I have used so my glad to get another for less.
yep I confirm the previous posts, excellent mouse and this is an excellent price
Bought this from Amazon back in April. Paid £29.99. It's a brilliant mouse and would highly recommend.
What's the battery like? I have a G700 I got in another lightning deal and you have to change the battery every 5 minutes or keep it plugged in

I ordered mine from one of the other Amazon euro sites, .es I think it was, and it made it slightly cheaper back then. It came with two duracell AA's and hasn't needed a change of battery since I got it. I think I've had it now for almost a year if not more. There's two modes which are controlled by the switch at the top. Without reading too much into the modes, I keep mine in the "power save" mode which briefly turns the LED on top of the mouse green. Switch it the other way and it goes into some sort of performance mode, changing the LED briefly to blue.

I actually have an XBOX360 pad plugged into my laptop for gaming so don't regularly use this for games, but I do use the mouse frequently and it's a fantastic mouse. The only gripe I have is that the USB plug for the mouse is for the mouse only, so you can't connect other logitech devices like you would with some keyboard dongles.
Oh, and I just bought a second for my home office PC. The cheap mouse I got for it is terrible and this mouse hasn't ever been cheaper. Also, since the adapter alone is £20, if I ever lose one I've got another handy.
I have the MX Performance and the battery life is getting really annoying...

Is this mouse a good switch?

Consider MX Master if you don't need the extra keys.

This 602 needs AA batteries x - Master is rechargeable.

Hi, does this use up one USB slot?
Unlike the G700 and MX Master, the G602 uses an optical sensor which has many benefits over laser ones. Mainly, the battery life is measured in weeks rather than days (using a good pair of rechargeable AAs I don't even remember the last time I charged those batteries), and the sensor has none of the inherent acceleration found in Logitech laser sensors, which makes it great for fast twitch FPS games like CSGO.

The main problem with the mouse is that the middle scroll wheel click has a design defect which means it'll always eventually fail to register those clicks. Logitech have replaced my G602 for this exact issue, however I'm pretty sure in another year the replacement will develop the same issue so I wonder how long Logitech will continue to replace them.

The battery life between the two is not even comparable, the G700s might give you a day or even two if you're really lucky. I've had a pair of Eneloop Pros in a G602 for 3.5-4 months and just today I got the 20% left message, and that will give at least 2-4 weeks before it starts to flash that it's critically low.

I actually think this is a more comfortable mouse and also a smoother mouse to use which is probably due to it being optical and not laser. The only things missing really are the sideways and infinite scroll functions of the G700s.
I have a Performance MX laser and I have one of these and honestly like this much more. I like the programmable buttons and the way the software integrates with the Logitech keyboard software I have, the MX doesn't. I like the scroll wheel better, and this seems FAAAAAR less prone to interference. My MX stutters beyond just a few feet away from it's receiver, this doesn't.

This is one of the best precision optical sensor mice on the market, high DPI and very fast polling rate. Optical means it's battery life is excellent. Tired of charging your wireless laser mouse every few days? I got about a week out of the MX.

This lasts months.
I'm sick of my SS Rival wire dragging on the edge of the pull out table of my desk. Think I'll just go wireless with this.

I have this mouse and its the bees knees!
Any better wired mouse equivalents at same price?
I got this and it's excellent, battery life is amazing....
caved and bought last one - had it in basket 3 times
Expired for me
I have this mouse and its a cracker.
Does anyone knows the difference between this mouse and the more expensive one below
Apart from the price?
I`m sending my G502 back, less than a year and inherent cable fray issue has cropped up, shame as it`s quite a good mouse,
Also is the spectrum cable better than core? (mine is core)

Searched it a little for you. the EAN code is different.

gaming.logitech.com/en-…use

and

gaming.logitech.com/en-…use

Both specs appear to be identical but EAN number is different, and pricing on other comes up in euros - so seems to be just a boxing change for european sale
