Update 1
Price further reduced from £57.96 to £54.99
Pretty much the only wireless mechanical keyboard you can find. Usually sits at around £88. Switches are similar to cherry browns, but a little bit softer. Can personally recommend and grabbed another one for work.

Edit: Even cheaper now by £2.

Would you say this is better than this: amazon.co.uk/gp/…c=1

I just bought that one, but a wireless mechanical sure is tempting, but is it worth £25 more I don't know

Same switches I believe. Wireless just has less desk clutter, but also the macro keys on the left edge if you use them. Up to you if you think that's worth the premium (I personally think it is). Worst case, toss a coin to decide?

Hmm good points.

The MMOs I play ban people for using macro mega like this, and the palm rest csnt be removed so this ends up looking much bulkier. I think I will stick with my key board. Good price.
I have resisted Black Friday impulse buys...until now
Do I need it. No
Do I want it. Yes
Will i have to justify this to my OH. Definitely yes.
Will it make my desk cleaner of clutter. Hell yeah.
Another person that doesn't need a new keyboard but at this price it's so tempting!

Main drawback for me is the lack of backlit keys, macro keys (I never use them so they just end up in the way and making the keyboard bigger than I need) as well a very minor drawback that it uses 2x AA batteries as I prefer rechargeable batteries (as long as they last over a month!).

For most people these would not be drawbacks though I imagine.

It is also a bit heavy at 1.4kg so most likely won't be carrying this around unless I'm driving!

This is the best mechanical keyboard and the only decent wireless one. So much hotness...
The keyboard is nice but I couldnt get away with the size of it so returned it.
Had one of these for a while, but returned it due to a fault.

Really nice keyboard, beware that it is very heavy and really large on a desk. For me, the biggest annoyance was the bottom left key isn't Ctrl which irritated me no end!
Is there backlighting?

Yeah I know without trying it that those stupid 'G' keys will forever be mis-pressed when going for Ctrl/Shift. Would have bought if not for this silly design decision.

Probably a bit dangerous to carry it whilst you're driving.
Does it have a double height Return key as in the deal picture? Amazon's pictures show the half size ky. I do see a review actually COMPLAINING they received one with a double height key - that is a must for me. Have ordered anyway in case the price goes up and can always return if not right. Heat added.

You do get used to it after a while. I previously had a Razer and a Coolermaster KB which had these side buttons and got used to them after approx. a month. Was annoying as **** admittedly before I did get accustomed to them, but now that I actually put macros/shortcuts onto those buttons I much prefer having them than not.

Out of curiosity, what was the fault? In case I need to keep an eye out for it.

Mine came with normal UK Return key as pictured in the deal.
Bargain price for a G613,
I use G413 Carbon, it's very usable, switches are fast, possibly too fast if you touch-type a lot.

Logitech still make quality stuff at affordable prices,
Other brands seem to cash in when they sell affordable stuff with sub standard build quality,
a'la Creative/Corsair/Asus and unfortunately many others.
Just purchased this using the amazon app and it gave me a £5 discount. It didn't seem to be an account specific offer

I never got used to mine after 6 to 9 months!

Mine started double typing letters. Super annoying. Currys PC World were very good from a warranty point of view and gave me a full refund.
I have been offered a G213 for £10
Any good?

Good for that price. Deal on here hit 500°+ at ~£25 for that keyboard.

Looks not bad I can get it for free but is it a Rainbow Keyboard?
Bummer no rainbow and its not mechanical either its some sort of mech dome keys!
No USB passthru even!

Like the idea of it reacting to your apps etc but not mechanical and 500 heat?
Wow!
