why cold? is it cheaper somewhere else?

Being the cheapest doesn't mean it's a good deal..... it just means it's the cheapest

Don't want to start a war here but the cheapest I could find online (outside eBay) was £129 direct from logitech. So, potentially £80 for Logitech's second best mechanical doesn't sound that bad to me.

What? So if you don't like the product you vote cold? That's not right. That's ridiculous.

well no, if you feel there's a product that is better and cheaper, then you obviously don't think this is good value!

Good price for a good keyboard.

Cheap. Heat added

ok, this is an expensive keyboard. However, I can get from a to b in a tata or a bugatti veyron, or have fibre broadband or 56k dialup. It's technically superior to a standard keyboard and is potentially 38% cheaper than anywhere else. That was why I posted it.

This confirms my theory that a lot of people on this site simply don't understand what it's about. If you want to rate a product, got to Amazon and leave a review, don't come here and vote cold just because you don't happen to like the product.

This site is for the promotion of the best price for a particular item to help people save money, regardless of what it is.

If I am in the market for a new iPhone and someone has found it £50 cheaper than anywhere else I expect that deal to be voted hot not voted cold just because people don't like Apple. I don't care if you would or wouldn't buy it, I want to find the lowest price for the thing i'm trying to buy.

That's entirely your interpretation though. There is literally nothing on this website that says that is how to vote- you seem to be describing a price checking site, of which there are dozens.

Its much more likely someone is looking for a good quality mechanical keyboard, rather than this particular one. If they search mechanical keyboard and buy this, they might be spending far more than they actually would have otherwise.

Heat for the price of product. Type of product is a different topic.

Yup, if you want the lowest price on a product use a search engine. HUKD is more useful if it's about value.

I'm not familiar with this exact board but expensive keyboards from mid-range brands are generally a pretty dubious proposition value-wise. They're no improvement in practicality/durability compared to substantially cheaper keyboards (e.g. G80) and often lack the pointless attention to detail and over-engineering that marks a real luxury product. Compare the PCB of a Topre Realforce to the PCB of a Logitech G710+ and I think you'd find one is substantially neater than the other.

And yet, when this keyboard was posted earlier this year at this price it went to 313 degrees hot

For what is is worth you can get this as a blemished box deal from Logitech for this price
