Tactile switches so closest to brown swtiches in the cherry mx range.

although these are tactile, I’d actually say they’re closer to cherry reds (non low profile) than browns, having tried them

Thanks I was just hoping they weren’t blue switches as I hate the loud clicky noise

If this price is close to your budget, just buy this keyboard. I have the wired version and it's the best keyboard I have owned by some margain.

I have this keyboard - would suggest that if you are used to a full size keyboard then the 'G' keys to the left hand side are a bit annoying initially. I've lost count of number of times I've gone to hit the shift key and pressed the 'G4' key instead.

It's also a shame the alternate characters aren't backlit but as others have suggested it is a good solid keyboard otherwise. Before this keyboard I had a Razer Huntsman V2 - great build quality and lighting effects but for me it was too noisy for everyday/work from home use. The clacky key sound was just too loud This logitech one had just the right balance of feedback and noise

I like the 'clickiness' of the blue keys, but not the noise. Would this be a good solution? Is it still quite 'clicky'?

Yes, this is between normal "blue" and "red" switches. They are still audible, but not as bad as blue and there is a tactile feeling to them. And this being Amazon, you can try and just return if you don't like it. I am sure someone will be happy to pick it up after you from a Warehouse deal

This is a great price for this keyboard, well built and the keys have a nice feel to them but it comes with a huge design caveat/oversight.

Just a warning though, personally I had to send this back due to the low profile, my wrists wherein pain after just 1 day (7.5hours) of work with it. I tried using the old wrist rest from my Corsair K90 but due to the low profile nature of the keyboard, this ended up shifting the wrist pain to the top of the hand.

This is something that seems very common with this range of models and I assume that's why they are now trying to offload them. I wish I had done the research on it first but Amazon was first-class in taking the return for it. My search for my K90 replacement continues.

That'd be odd considering reds are linear and browns tactile. Reds have no bump. Browns do. If you're saying their browns feel like reds, then what do their reds feel like?!

I very much doubt they're trying to offload them for the reason you've stated if at all. Many KB are low profile and others have no issue using them.

Have this keyboard, great price for this (I use it for work and gaming) and id highly reccomend if your into your wireless, battery life is great on it too and switches are really nice (Depends on your taste i suppose of switches) - The fact its Micro USB to charge it doesnt bother me in the slightest.

I know I probably post this in most (if not all) wireless G915 deals, but if having a uni-directional micro-USB power connector is an issue for you, then you should consider getting yourself some magnetic USB cables instead. You can leave the micro-USB connector 'head' permanently attached to the keyboard, and then magnetically attach the omni-directional cable when you need to charge - since its magnetic, it'll usually click into place automagically when you bring the connectors close enough together, so easy to do even in near darkness. Here are a few examples of what I mean:

Amazon.co.uk : magnetic USB charging cables

There's a bit of a knack to detaching the connectors again without pulling the micro-USB connector out of the keyboard as well - but you'll get the hang of that soon enough. Of course, they're not limited to use with keyboards, they can be used with any USB device - I use them with my wireless mice, headphones etc.

That's fair enough, that's why I said personally. The ergonomics might be perfectly fine for someone else but personally, it was no good for me. It was only when I went digging further that it seems a number of people are having the very same issues I was, just thought it was worth mentioning for anyone else of the older generation and/or have wrist problems.

Been waiting to get one, finally pulled the trigger. Looks like the absolute best keyboard for me. Love my MX keys but key ghosting means you can't game with it. This is the solution

    Heeeeeat!!!

Absolutely brilliant keyboard. I got it few months ago for £99 following an advice that a low profile keyboard would help me with my wrist pain. The pain is gone indeed, typing is great and no wrist rest required, the keyboard is pretty much flat. There is just just one flaw which shouldn't have happened in a premium product: only main characters on each key are lit, so you need to know where all the secondary characters are or you might struggle.

Yeah - that was a strange design decision by Logitech - that and the fact that the keys are quite hard to see when the backlighting is turned off (i.e. after a period of inactivity to save battery power). It would have been nice if the keyboard had backlighting functionality similar to the MX Keys where if the backlighting is off, it automatically comes on when your fingers approach the keys. Those issues aside, I have both this and the TKL versions and really like them.

The sad part is that letters are gone in a few weeks of gaming/intense use typing...and thats not covered by warranty...@150 usual price and crappy keycaps....and guess what...low profile proprietary so you wont get to buy quality one like double pbt...perhaps Ali is the only chance.... best in wifi...low profile...but knowing will look like crap in a few weeks...no ty..
