Sorry if posted recently or for the same price but after searching on HUKD I only found one for £52.48 - Amazon.
P.S Do not vote cold just because it is MW3 on it.

I have one but without MW3 logo on it and I really like ergonomics which I think is much better than standard design on typical gaming mouse.
My wrist can move so much easier.

Sorry deleted that post was going to type it in a less harsh sounding manner lol,

It is a great mouse regardless though. heat.

It took me a while to get comfortable with this mouse which I was initially very disappointed with but now I love it. It looks great, feels great, doesn't take up too much room compared to the other ones and for this price - a bargain (regardless of the MW3!).

for those that want a matching set use the code DH2012 there is a MW3 keyboard halfway down the page logitech.com/en-…795

I've got a G9 which I've have owned for nearly 3 years and love it. I would have jumped on this as I have started to wear mine down but the MW3 logo does really put me off.

I gave you some heat for the price.

how do these compare to the G500 (that is what I use currently, prior to that G5)? I know the sensor is the same but I feel like I need something a bit chunkier to get my hands around as I keep claw gripping the g500 and it seems to be affecting my wrist badly

I prefer to have bottom of my hand (palm) on the table, this way my wrist moves freely - faster.
If you have your palm completely on the mouse than you have to keep lifting your elbow otherwise your hand will not move easily.
Simply said with this mouse you can rest your elbow on the table and control it only by wrist which is more faster-precise-natural.
It took me 2-3 days to used to it but I would never go back to standard design again.
Just checked when I bought mine and realized that I will celebrate 3 years with this mouse end of this month.
Yeeeeeeeeee another JUBILEEEEEE

Great Deal!

Bought this £38 at scan a couple weeks ago, Great for claw users

MW3 is worthless, therefore anything with MW3 branding is worthless too

When buying a Dell PC I had the option to buy the G9 for just a tenner and even though I normally dislike Logitech mice it's been one of my best buys. I find it comfortable to use, the speed adjuster o the top with an LCD display (so you can tell the current setting) is very handy for changing quickly on the fly without having to go into settings and the cable is a woven type which doesn't get twisted or tangled.

If the MW3 logo is an issue, it should be possible to replace the cover with a standard one for under £10 although as your hand will be covering the logo most of the time it wouldn't bother me.

John

Bought this and the matching g105 keyboard a week back through a Raptr deal for around £50. Banging mouse, screw the logo you hand will be covering it 90% of the time!

Good deal. hot!

Good job you can take the shell off and replace it with a non-branded shell then. Or at least you can with the standard g9 which i have bought this to replace. That come with 2 different shells.

Bought this for £26 with a Logitech key board for £26 the other week 60% off..

What kind of pompous **** won't buy a cheaper product just because of a logo.. wow.. and like hero has said you can change the shell...

raptr.com if anyone is interested for the 60% off with a keyboard link.. although there is a catch.. read on if you can be bothered

raptr is an 'achievement' website and you need to have most achievements on MW3 on either pc/xbox/ps3 to unlock deals like 60% off, it's 100% worth signing up if you get achievements for most games as there are tons of these deals off of gaming related things, although the website isn't great by any stretch of the imagination.

The same virgins that own a "spy pen" probably.

a gaming branded mouse screams virgin

also people who look at peoples history screams out virgin

It's cheaper by 18% you're signed up to a deals website,... the idea of this website is to find cheaper items... it's called Hot UK Deals if you'd forgotten, HUKD <-- that's the acronym for Hot UK Deals, get it now??

I also own the normal version of this mouse.
Don't get me wrong.. It's a very nice mouse! I just don't think it's worth this price
It's got no extra buttons to give you an edge, pretty standard DPI, but a very comfortable design (once you get used to it)
The scroll wheel setting is useless.. Most gamers (myself included) rely on the tack-tile feedback while using the mousewheel to change weapon. I honestly don't see how over-shooting every time makes you play better

Hi

Ignoring the cod branding . How does this mouse compare to the g500 .
Both look fairly similar in specs .
Anyone tried both of these and got an opinion?

I've not used the g500 but, for the games I play (SC2, Diablo 3, Skyrim, etc.) the extra buttons would be very handy
Leaving my left hand free while grinding playing diablo would be handy

But for standard computing and gaming this mouse is truly excellent
Although more comfortable doesn't offer anything over my old modded (2p coin for weight) £8 mouse

great!! was after a new mouse!!

Got one of these still sitting in it's packing which I bought months ago and am contemplating selling it.

To users of this mouse, does the scroll wheel button ever loosen up? Coming from a standard mouse, this button seems impossible to press. It's the only thing putting me off it, I love everything else about it.

In 1998, I made a username with '98' in it, and regretted it the next year.

This is along the same vein. Why buy a mouse with a COD title sprawled over it when they release a new game every other week!

Infinite Element

Buying a poor product because it has a certain logo on would be sensless, but NOT buying a good item at a good price just because of some graphic on it seems crazy to me. Especially when you will be covering the logo most of the time. If it works well and is a good price I don't give a rats what is written on it.

Now if it were a jacket it'd be different...

Very good price for a great mouse, ignore the logo, you have your hand over it most of the time anyway!
you can buy a Grip without the COD Logo for 7 pounds on ebay!

I've had a G9 for a few years and love it.

Shame about the logo but still a great price, hot!

I have this mouse and the mouse itself has NO MW3 branding, it is exactly the same as the regular G9x. Only the grips have MW3 branding which I do not use with it anyway it also comes with a MW3 mouse pad.

Are you forgeting the green LEDs? (_;)
Would everyone here kill me if I said that I prefer the CoD branding? (Despite the fact that I don't actually like CoD)

The LED's are not green, you can change them to any colour, you have different colours for different profiles so you can tell which profile is which

Cheaper at scan if you live local and can collect

The problem is that everyone complaining just doesn't know enough about the actual product. It's one of the top rated gaming mice, if you don't want a bargain just **** off. Simple as.

You either don't own this mouse, or you are confused and own a different model. There are two extra buttons either side of the scroll wheel (click it left or right) and the DPI is pretty standard? Completely customizable so that you can have 5 different speed settings by just clicking up and down ranging anywhere from 200DPI up to 5700DPI on top of the mouse, across a silly amount of profiles that you can predefine for everything from scroll speed and DPI all the way up to macros. In regard to the scroll wheel there is a button on the bottom that clicks in a gear that either gives the tacktile feedback as a standard scroll wheel, or if you press it to turn it off allows the scroll wheel to run freely. If you do own the mouse you should really read into what the mouse can do before you splash out money like this on it.

Herp derp X)
My headset and keyboard were both controlled by the same app.. They're all "G Series" I had no idea you have to download yet another resource-hog to change the colour. Thanks
All the games I play supports the mouse by default, no need for separate profiles as it doesn't have any "G" keys

Oh dear.. Yes I own this mouse and I splashed out £25 smackers for it
But it is apparent that YOU DON'T

The left and right scroll clicks are unable while gaming as the mouse is designed to position your fingers comfortably out-of-reach of both. In games where your fingers are needed on both the right and left click simultaneously the middle click is out too.

The dpi + and - could be re-bound.. Then you wound't have DPI functionality
You REALLY should think these thing through

The 5 levels have come-in handy a few times.. But you really don't need more than 3 (Which most gaming mice offer these days anyway)

And that just leaves the back and forward mouse buttons.. WoW, this is really ground breaking! Every mouse should have 2 additional buttons on the side, it really gives you an edge over those "lesser" mice [/sarcasm]

And, like I said, the scroll wheel setting is just a gimmick. It isn't useful, not in the slightest.
I've only ever used it so that I can scroll-out in one swipe on RTS games at the start of the match. BUT as you physically have to turn the mouse over and press a mechanical button to switch between the two it's more hassle than it's worth (Would be handy if it were profile selectable

Jeez man, you should really get the software for your mouse. The DPI can be completely rebound anyway you want it. It's called Logitech setpoint, and yes it's a pain in the ass that it doesn't just worth with the standard logitech G software like EVERYTHING else.

I don't know about you, but the only games I need more buttons on are MMO's and the like - those games don't need you to constantly have left and right click ready (like a shooter) and I use the left and right scroll clicks just fine in games, you can remap everything in SetPoint.

If you want a laugh, take the gear off and scroll down after reassigning scroll down to be fire in an FPS :P it's quite funny how the gun slows down as the wheel does.

Yeah I installed the software.. I may just take you up on you're offer, I could use a lol (_;)
Sadly I don't play many games which only requires the one mouse button (most of the time). I really wish the scroll could be changed in-profile though.
