Any good?

Yes very good keyboard if you don't need mechanical keys. Loads of programmable keys, lcd screen that can show temps, very durable and is well built. Also has a drainage system if you spill your drink on it.
is it waterproof?
damn if only the mechanical version went on sale

Not all keys 'click'.
If you're bottoming them out, use O-rings.
It's a brilliant keyboard, I've had mine for a year hotukdeals.com/dea…139 someone recently said they found one in Currys but I'd imagine that was a fluke. Back when I made my thread there were hardly any to be found.

I type a lot so my keyboards take a bit of battering, still looks in fantastic nick.
Personally I'd be getting a mechanical for around the same price. There are way cheaper membrane keyboards that offer the same functionality. £60-70 is Mechanical Keyboard territory and would offer a vastly superior typing experience to membrane.

Agree with this.

If you're going to get a 'Gaming' keyboard in this sort of price range, it may as well be mechanical.

I have this keyboard. Such a great keyboard. Keys are solid and the little screen is very helpful.
Note though that the blue backing as you see in the image is nowhere near as prominent as that in reality.
my keyboard was mechanical for £40 Func kb-460. Works well other than the wrist rest being loose now. Don't need to use the rests though.

still not better, it just decrease a little bit of sound
I paid £34.97 for mine, at this price I'd go for a mechanical keyboard. Only bought mine because it's backlit/I like Logitech (used to have a G11)/and it was a bargain
Had this keyboard for a good 4 or 5 years now. Gets utterly battered, messed up etc and then taken apart to be cleaned properly every so often. Works as good as the day it came out the box.

The reason why you should consider this over other 'cheap' gaming keyboards as people strangely recommend above, is the Logitech software is pretty good. It's very stable, integrates well if you have a Logitech mouse and makes the keyboard super versatile and easy to use, store a bunch of different profiles, piece of cake to program macros on, program the G keys, recognises 5 simultaneous key inputs etc.

Then you have all the default specific game profiles that Logitech always keep updated you can download easily, the apps that can run on the little screen like FRAPS and performance monitors and so forth.

Why buy a cheap one? Can they do everything this does as well as this? I doubt it!
I've had the G15 for 11 years, in heavy daily use, I want an upgrade to a more modern looking KB but I can't live without that LCD screen, I use if as a performance monitor for the desktop and frame time, fps, temps etc when gaming. Rock solid keyboard and worth every penny, just wish Logitech (or anyone else) made a more aesthetically pleasing KB with an LCD display. I've tried mechanical and I really don't feel the benefit is remotely near being worth the premium.

Do you use MSI Afterburner to display statistics on your G15?

This has an LCD too (though I don't know if the G15 and G510s differ)

The Logitech Gaming Software program has these applets: "LCD Clock", "LCD Countdown", "LCD POP3 Monitor", "LCD RSS Reader", "Media Display", "Performance Monitor", "G-Series Profile Selector".
Anyone seen any deals on backlit wireless keyboards?
Had one of these before I went to mechanical, sure I paid less than 50 for it n that was over a year ago. Very well made but not worth paying 60 for it when u can get a mechanical for same price.
