Stunning price from what I can see. Heat added.
is this worth working 6 hrs for???
Was just looking at the Harmony's in store, what perfect timing.
Currently have a 525 remote and while it might support more devices I'm hoping the feel of the buttons are better on this.

Need a set of headphones as well, so bargain!.

Had a 555 before just upgrading to a one + this week , so far prefer the old 555 better , it was smaller , felt better to use ie more solid buttons and set up with less fuss

I also have a 525 and I'm tempted by this. Less devices, but the main thing is it's rechargeable. Once the batteries on my 525 deplete halfway the remote becomes unusable.
Got this remote for abt 50 quid - I've had it for a year and is excellent. One button to configure all my devices - tv, blu-ray, amp, sky box etc - rechargable and highly configurable. I even picked up an ex-display Sony amp which had a missing remote and this replaced it with no problems.
I have been waiting for the 650 to come on a deal as Im really after a universal remote now,,and now this 700 has come on offer so might go for this,,1 extra device and recharges seems like a better option than the 650. have some heat

You need a new job.

That's a real dick thing to say, allowing for tax he's possibly/probably earning just over £7p/h - I'm sure there are plenty of people (including many on here) who would be grateful for a job, let alone one paying a bit above minimum wage.

Great remote, great price - and I'd say yes, it's definitely worth the money
This work for tv, Xbox,wd media player and Yamaha amp?
Pah. Bought this a few weeks ago for £40+ and got the Ultimate Ears 100s for free.

If only I'd have waited. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Mine works on a Yamaha amp, Pioneer plasma, and Sky box. Their site does have a 'compatibility app'.......

Blimey, the One must be c**p build quality as my 555's buttons are terrible compared to other remotes I have.

think i paid £35 for my 555 and having paid a good amount more for the one+ , maybe thats where my frustration lie
I hate how all the newer Harmony's have a much lower device limit than the older generation.
Cracking price and remote.
Have some heat op.

I haven't had a clue how much I earn an hour since I was about 17 and that was about £2.65 absolutely scandalous when I think about it.

I would like to know this too. Have Revo 3610 and XBMC, would i need an IR receiver too?
Great price - thanks OP!
I have a Harmony One and trying to work out if this is a better model or not?
Never had any build quality issues on mine. Still works and looks like brand new.
I bought it through logitech directly, but it took a while to arrive as it was out of stock. Only arrived this week although i bought it on 22nd March.

Paid a bit more : hotukdeals.com/dea…830

The earphones that came with it are different than pictured in here, they are green and the sound is awesome, at least compared to my klipsch ones. Great bass and depth.

I can't say anything about the remote yet as i didn't have time to play with it.

I would say yes, it has a 6 device limit but it's best to check the exact models of you devices via this link. myremotesetup.com/Eas…asp

You will need either a:

* RC6 capable USB receiver for the revo/xbmc (so it understands the harmoney). I got mine bundled with a HP MCE remote purchase from ebay.

or

* CEC USB adapter, If you are using HMDI and have TV that's supported by the libcec libaries then your normal TV remote can control XBMC (See the FAQ) - And if your normal TV remote can do it, so can the harmory.

I also running a 3610 revo with XBMC (via openelec) - I currently use the IR receiver but like the idea of the CEC adapter.

It's a shame that devices like Apple TV don't have built in support for CEC, it would make it a near instant purchase for me given than have XBMC installed. Hopefully I'll be gettting a Raspberry PI, which has has built in CEC support and XBMC support.
I'm getting an amp soon and I don't want separate remotes. Does anyone know if this works well with Sky HD box and if it's possible to set volume + source to control amp and the other buttons to the Sky box without having to press a button to switch between them?
Looking good , but do I really need £40 remote?
This or stretch for one+???

Yes, and yes. Works with no fiddling about. You might need an optical out for the sound but that's nothing to with remote. Enjoy, it's a great buy.

Haha sensing some pro-trolling on the go using memes incorrectly looking for further bites while still managing to insult.

Been wanting one of these for years just never got round to it, now I actually see one of the models with the screen on deal and my situations about to change so I dont need one. Damn it I wish I could justify this
how well does this work with mapping and controlling a Windows 7 computer.
