Heated as this is a good price but there have been offers with the hub included for this price before hand too
Terrible product, I hate it too much to explain. Avoid.

Is this through experience or reading reviews. I have one, and have never had an issue.
I'm after a deal on the hub if anybody knows of one?

Hub with companion perhaps, but with this remote, really?
I got this and the hub for the same price around xmas time so not the greatest price ever. And also agree with above, it can be temperamental a lot of the time... only bought it for Alexa integration and still waiting for them to stabilise that functionality...

Edit: just checked and it was £99.99 and early Feb. Still better price for the package.

Then your comment is irrelevant and pointless. For me its been working without issues and paid around £60 with the hub
Heat, I have this but wish I got the better one as the screen is very annoying and I think the better version has better button placement.

Heat as it is way better than normal remotes and a great sale.
Cracking crack deal

Would suggest there's something wrong with your set up or you got a duff one, mine was rock solid as is the Elite version I have now.

I found the hubs are cheapest second hand on eBay - unless there is a full offer on for new ones plus the remote.

If you can get it setup this is a great product. Lots of people have issues with the software (not me personally). And the button placement on this remote is a little annoying - the more expensive ones have a similar layout to a sky remote which is 100% more ergonomic.

I've now got my hub / remote paired with my Google home and it's great, albiet a little bit gimmicky. Your milage may vary!!!
I have had a older model for years and love them. Takes a while to set up but works a dream. May get a replacement at some stage
I’ve had this for a while and it’s worked well until recently. Really delayed or non responsive!
I still prefer my non touchscreen 650. I’m sure this version would get picked up by me/wife/kids and inadvertently turn something on.
No number keys is a shame as well, I know you can probably get them to display on screen but still prefer the physical buttons.
Without a doubt, a Harmony is the best AV purchase you can make but it will be while before I replace my 650.

Have you tried holding the power off button down for a while and rebooting the remote? Seems to work for me on the elite model.

I have 1 of these and it is amazing

The hub works better with alexa as they added harmony skills. I trades my Google home for echo dot at cex. Not setup yet but everyone prefer alexa for harmony

I’ve just powered off and reset but still very slow to respond to Sonos playbar?
Anyone who owns an alexa device should buy this unit from webuy.com (cex) for £55 + £1.50 delivery.

Program it right and it will control most devices in your media room.

Say alexa watch movie could turn off light, turn on amp, set amp to right channel and volume, projector, set projector to right channel, media player, if you have electric blinds it will close them too.

A guy set his to turn on ps4 too. YouTube search "alexa harmony"

There's 7 available online

Experience. You need this with the hub too to benefit. Call me crazy, but I expected much more from a £180 remote or whatever I paid. Slow to respond, terrible software, scrolling is awful using buttons, the screen is slow, eurgh, enough, must stop myself

You sound like the kind of person that is easily wowed by technology, often saying things like “it’s just magic isn’t it”
I have this, and would also say, "avoid".

Battery life is terrible.

The logitech setup software is a dog.

The key layout is awkward.
I can understand those who get this without the hub not being as pleased with it as those who got the hub as well. I went from a Touch (so version before this) to the Ultimate, and the introduction of that hub was night and day. Not having to aim the controller meant the button placement becomes second nature when you hold it one way for the bottom buttons and another for the top buttons, and controlling stuff in cupboards means I can use the PS3 without having a big door open on the TV stand. I also integrated it with Alexa, so walk in say Alexa turn on sky and everything turns to what it needs to. Considering the Ultimate with hub is so often £99 this at £79 is just not to me a good buy.
Mine does my head in (with hub). I have the Yamaha soundbar which after a lot of effort adding delays etc I got it to turn to the right channel depending on my activity. Now, it has decided that it will only turn on the soundbar to the channel it was previously on, pressing fix just keeps it on the same channel, but if I go into devices and select the soundbar it can change between the channels without issue. Really annoying, if there was a better alternative other than just using multiple remotes, I would go for it. I know how to work round its limitations but I get nothing but a headache from everyone else who doesn't understand why pressing watch TV brings on the the Xbox one (or whatever it was last on) and can't resolve it.
Really good remote at a really good price
I used to have this remote.

The most frustrating thing for me was the positioning of the fast forward / rewind / pause buttons above the touchscreen - I found it difficult to use those without activating the touchscreen.

I also had the Harmony Companion Remote (with a hub) - although not quite as versatile I found it to be great & much more user friendly.

Moved on to the Elite remote (with a hub) about 12 months ago........most excellent.

I'd agree by saying it's not even worth £180, not even £70 - I'd more say £50 which is what I paid for it.

I find mine comes in really handy, especially for obscure devices. I recently bought a Denon DCD-800 that sadly had no remote. Charged up my Harmony, added the profile and away I went.

There are some flaws and user experience bugs but apart from that I've yet to have a major issue with the remote.
I managed to get the non lcd with hub for half price at maplin. I spent an hour trying to configure it, got frustrated and it’s sat gathering dust now. I couldn’t link to the smart devices because the integrations were borked. I’m a software developer, so know it’s not me!
Quite shocking that this doesn't have the hub with it at that price. I have a lot of home AV and smart equipment I wouldn't say I love this remote. It's good but hasn't replaced all my other remotes as I would have liked too. The touch screen is a bit annoying and quite frustrating using with one hand. Button placement could be better and I think I'd probably prefer to use a non touch screen version or one with a better touchscreen/layout on screen. I only use it to control my Nvidia shield. For all else including TV sky q and AV receiver I use the native remotes.
