Keyboard alone does nothing. Need trackpad or mouse as well. Cold very expensive for just keyboard.

Good price for a nice keyboard. Had a play with hot and found the key action and feel was very good. In the end I went for the MS Modern keyboard with fingerprint sensor as it was only £30 more than this and I did not need the multi-device feature.

This one is ideal for use on a desktop when you want to share between devices.

I have this and switch between a mac and an iPhone and an iPad seamlessly, it works very well. Worth the money if you want the convenience. The biggest joy is the slot at the back that you balance your phone in - super easy to use.

If you think it's expensive because you are comparing it to "just a keyboard" you are missing the point of what this does - it's 3 keyboards in the space of one. I got mine cheap in the Maplin sell off but this is a good price. I did think it was expensive before I had it but now i'm using it I think it's good value if you need these functions.
I tried everything over the years. Simple USB switcher is fine if devices have a USB port (of any variety with the right adapter).
will this work on the xbox one x for typing in information like passwords ? since the app on the ios does not let you use your ipad as a keyboard which is a joke really

That will need another usb port. Some devices only have one usb port . Better buy keyboard with trackpad or mouse with it . Even Logitech makes many of them .

One Logitech unifying receiver works for both the MX Master2 and K780
