I have been looking for a wireless mouse with the small type USB receiver for sometime now, but have not managed to find a recognisable brand for under £15. I saw the Logitech M215 on the Currys/PC World website today for £11.99 which I think is a pretty good price. Seems like there is lots of stock available for reserve and collect too, which is handy.

Prices elsewhere:
Comet: £12.99
Play.com: £13.99
Amazon: £16.56 (or £13.99 for out of stock red version)
Tesco: £19.97
Argos: £19.99

If anyone knows of a well known brand (not the generic sub £10 rubbish sold on eBay) wireless mouse with the small USB receiver that is cheaper then please let me know. So I can delete my reserve and collect confirmation email, and buy that instead!!

Don't forget 3% Quidco/Topcashback on reserve and collect orders!

You can buy the wireless keyboard + mouse set for £14.99 from either Amazon or Play. It looks like its the same mouse. Just search for MK250.

Yeah I have seen them, but as its for my laptop I don't really need a keyboard. I do need a mouse though as the track pad in my laptop is starting to die. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Is that not what the scroll wheel does in the middle?

yes wheel is usually page up page down
thumb button is back + forward in browser
amazing how much better it is to be able to go back without pressing backspace or moving mouse to icon (worth paying extra for!)

Fab, this is just what I need and you've found it for me! Thanks, heat added!

I have the M305, and must say, these little mice are perfect for laptops. I don't know what i'd do without it.

yes its that good.
i suppose you dont miss it as haven't had it but its sort of like if you had to press enter each time instead of left click ... then suddenly left click was there for use.
you sound like a back button clicker - takes time every go and all adds up and breaks up flow of browsing etc

You could always right click, back+forward. Just as fast as a button if you know its there.

thats 2 buttons and a movement of the mouse so obviously cant be as quick as 1 button..

Is anyone aware of a wireless mouse/keyboard combo with the small (nano) usb reciever? MK250 has the bigger USB so i guess it wont be easy to let it stay on the laptop always.

Original Poster

Cheers for the comments guys, picked it up from Currys today. Does exactly what I need it to and came with a battery. Maybe one day I'll invest in a mouse with a back button, but for now this will do!

Might be cheaper to buy separately, you need the USB receiver to be unifying so that you only need one reciever for both the mouse and keyboard. But obviously they charge more for this privilege.

I agree with this too.

Can this one be used with a laptop?
