Believe prev post was Argos ebay outlet, not Argos retail.

Batteries required 1 x AA batteries not included

Strange considering a standard replaceable AA alkaline battery is included. It's actually pre-inserted in the mouse - it has one of those insulating pull-tabs to withdraw from the battery compartment prior to first use.

not fan of any thing, that run's on batterys. alway seem to stop working. when your in the middle of something. so keep your old one. you still need it.

seems normal would never pay more

Does it have back and forward navigation buttons?

Scroll wheel can be clicked left / right for back / forward.

Not difficult to buy a pack of Poundland rechargeables, a little USB charger and hey presto you've instantly got access to fully charged batteries for a further 6-12 months

You can buy these type of mice for £9.99 anytime. Non deal.

The previous deal mentioned they were this price instore. I picked up one yesterday.

It works well although I think you have to install some additional logitech software for the left and right wheel button to work.

Does this have the Logitech "Unifying" USB plug/receiver with it, or is it the standard (old) Nano receiver?

Cheers - still got £5 in nectar points, so this will do fine.

So you got a returned item.

Good Deal. Bought 2. One via the ebay post and happened to see was in store anyway, so got another. All totally sealed, with battery included. Unifying receiver, so can pair receiver with up to 6 logitech devices. I have paired with K400 keyboard, very easy to do. Argos staff got confused as usually eBay orders have a special code. They kept telling me I didn't have the correct code, but as it is also a normal stock item, that doesn't apply, but even better you can now do a straight reserve and collect.

No, regardless of Argos spec: the battery is pre-installed in the battery compartment, within the sealed pack - as per post #6 of this thread.

Picked this up on Saturday. Good mouse. Very responsive but quite small for larger hands.

This comes with the unifying receiver. Great price as the unifying receiver is ~£8 on ots own. Got one last week after KongDonkey posted on the ebay thread ( http//ww…e=2link to say it was available direct from Argos.

Fairly pleased with it although I would prefer a slightly larger mouse.

M705 Marathon mouse is the lowest I would use if you use a mouse a lot, £30.

This mouse is brilliant and it's just feel right for me compared to M185 which is just too light and plastic feeling.

take a spare in a suitable small holder/box in case it leaks.

I have this mouse and whilst its good the only thing I dont like about it is it just stops working without ANY warning when the battery is low, unlike other most other Logitech mice

Other minor issue is its a bit small, but at least its light

I got one of these from Tesco for the same price. It has an unpleasant squeak when I press instead of a click. It feels rather cheap in it's construction to me so not worth any more in my opinion.

Not made by Logitech you can't.....same mouse is about £16 cheapest anywhere else.....even on eBay you are looking at £14 cheapest

Are you sure you've picked up the right type of mouse?

@jewells "I have paired with K400 keyboard"

That's exactly why I've reserved one. Haven't yet found a good middle-mouse-button substitute on k400, so this'll be handy.

I've heard u can now but Mice that have a permanent power feed. No need for **** around charging batteries, and as the mouse has a small parish, there's no restriction from its permanent feed.

Heat added and mouse reserved, great price....currently £19.99 in PC World with £10 off!
