Great deal. This is a very comfy and slick mouse, I have one and have owned other Logitech mouses in the past. There's one big problem though, all my Logitech mouses have developed a fault over time and others have had the same problem. Double click when not double clicking, scroll not being recognized. The good thing is Logitech has some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with and we're happy to send a brand new replacement. But to me, this is just going to be another mouse that will develop a fault. They seem to have a problem developing mouses that last any length of time. It's a damn shame, because these mouses feel so good.

Been using this mouse almost every day for two years. Zero problems with it. Still going strong. Great mouse.

I agree with the customer service as they will just send new out. But their quality has gone right down hill.

I think this may have changed somewhat. I contacted them about a dead Logitech keyboard maybe a year, year and a half ago - they sent a new one. A couple of months ago, I reported a problem with my mouse and a dodgy button - they told me to contact the retailer to ask for a warranty replacement.

I was approached on eBay once by someone trying to scam me into giving them the serial of my keyboard, and after searching as to why, found a forum where people were selling and buying Logitech product serials - in order to falsely claim warranty replacements. I suspect that sort of thing may have made Logitech revise their policy.

USB C or micro USB? I'm seeing different reports all over for the device!

Micro
Agonised between this and the Master but smaller size of this swung it in the end.
Coming up as £39.95 for me

Why can't they just ask for receipt + serial then?

They did (you put serial in when registering product, and ask you to upload the invoice). They still asked me to go to the retailer where I bought it.
im particularly keen on this feature;

Yeah, so what I mean is if would they stop offering replacements on the basis that people are trying to exploit the system using stolen serials if you also need a reciept which those people don't have?
