There don’t seem to be many keyboard & mouse sets anymore.
Had one of these and returned it. Strange wheel button setup. Bought a ms mouse instead, works perfectly

Doubt there will ever be one... If you have usbc, you'll have Bluetooth, therefore that'll be how you unify. If you want to make your own, any new cell phone will probably come with a USBc to female USB adapter. It's gonna stick out like..... You get the picture.
Thanks OP, love these, brought 3

I had the same problem, for those who use the scroll wheel to close tabs etc don’t get this!

When you press on the scroll button in it toggles scrolling modes. I always use that button for closing tabs / in some games for camera movement.

You can push the button beside the scroll wheel to close tabs.

Loads of desktops have usb-c but no bluetooth.

If it's a desktop, it'll have usba. Might just be at the back, or in your imaginary build maybe it won't be connected, and therefore you need an adapter, as mentioned. If you send me a link to a desktop that only has USB c and doesn't have Bluetooth, it will be the first one I've ever seen.

I use cad and similar software and couldn't get it to pan or scroll in cad. Never had this with any other wheel mouse to date
