I work from home and I've used this keyboard for a year and a half now. Really like it with one major caveat: the auto-backlight. You have no control over this "feature", which is advertised as turning off the backlight when you step away from your desk but is actually more like when you lift your hand away from the keyboard for a few seconds. It's such a pain in the arse if you're working in low light conditions and I have no clue why they won't let you control that.
Have you updated the firmware? Backlight isn't as buggy for me after updating, but it's still very very annoying! (edited)

I love my mx keys. Superb and worth every penny.

I work from home and my keyboard is probably my most used item in my whole house - it makes sense to use something that’s high quality for my own health and safety.
I have mx anywhere 3 mouse which is my favourite. I'm thinking to go with Magic Keyboard A2520 keyboard. Are there any alternatives with touch ID?

If only there was an ergonomic version of this!

Combined with the Mx mouse it's really good. Seamlessly shift from my home PC to work laptop.
    So smooth to type on

    I wouldn’t expect them

Got the Mac one a few days ago for £67 (referb) from Amazon - happy with it so far and it’s an improvement over the Apple Magic Keyboard.
I am sure you bought it since it was showing 1 left in stock like me ;-)

Had this keyboard for nearly a year now. I do really like it; solid, premium feel. Can’t comment on the software though as work won’t allow me to install it. Good deal.
Ah that sucks! I asked my work before I bought it and they were okay with it. I am using it on windows and its not perfect, every couple of days the service fails and the mapped buttons stop working till I restart.

Very nice keyboard. Word of advice though - avoid clipping your fingernails anywhere near it! It's one of those keyboards that seem to magnetically attract them underneath its keys.

It has a second feature, you can beat your coworker if they steal your sandwiches because its soo heavy. All seriousness this is the best keyboard I have ever used.

48896034-zmlHT.jpgAmazing keyboard for typing. Got mine for 63£ 2y ago and it's been flawless. It's very quiet so no worries if you want to take it to the office and type like a madman. Or Madwoman

It is a very good keyboard but I bit at £88 during Black Friday week... f***. Does Amazon's black friday offer of price matching extend to the week after?

Call me a miser but every stinkin time I use that keyboard I'm going to be thinking about the £11. I could have saved.
I've had luck in the past contacting amazon via chat. They've give me a partial refund/credit since it made more sense than returning and reordering the item

I got mine for £75 from logitech using perks at work discount a while ago. But thanks!

does this come with a pointing device?
No but they do a well reviewed MX mouse

Generally a very good product. 0nly downside is you cant access Bios with this keyboard, its only usuable when you are inside the Os.
Im pretty sure not many people are interested to check their Bios on regular basis. However with a wireless keyboard. I am able to go in Bios. So best to have both or a wired one if you prefer for these odd occasions. (edited)
I can enter the BIOS with this keyboard so that is incorrect. Instantly working when the computer is powering up.

I've got a couple of mechanicals and the mini version of this and I have to say I really like it. It feels very solid for a non-mechanical keyboard and is a pleasure to type on. The only thing that bugs me is that it needs admin rights to use the customisation software on Mac (maybe Windows too) and that's not always easy to get if you're using a work machine.

Wish there was a way to keep the backlight on longer, it’s too aggressive with power saving. Great keyboard though, and the mx 3/3s mice are great as well

Have it. Adore it. Just like the MX mouse as well.

If only other products we buy were this good.

    Heat added, I've bought it!

Prefer my KT800 as it is a bit more ergonomic and has a small wrist rest at the front. Plus i can switch off the keyboard when not in use.

Obviously, mechanical/custom build keyboards are better for gaming.

MUCH cheaper at amazon italy (edited)
Link? A few £ cheaper with the delivery charges....
  22. Avatar
Rule of thumb with amazon wireless keyboards are if you buy cheap you buy thrice. I been through 3 wireless keyboards this year
  23. Avatar
not a fan of this design, it's too small and not a full size keyboard. Bring back the K800 model...
  24. Avatar
Does any think this is worth upgrading from the K800 ?

my local currys was happy to price match :-D Thank to the sharer!

A membrane keyboard at that price. Crazy

I have both Keys and mouse, and I do like them, however reliability on MX Keys has not been good for me. I use them on 2 computers and the main PC lost bluetooth connectivity (although paired) and a few days later the second PC also lost Bluetooth connectivity.

Now back in stock again at £79.99, so I unexpired it.
