Nice price for a good office mouse but heavy and no use if you're interested in gaming even remotely.

If you need the multi-device sync then it's a great option but for my money a better buy is the Logitech G305 for the same price. Lighter, runs forever on a single AA (or you can make it lighter by using a AAA battery in an adapter). Less bulky so it'll travel in a laptop bag easier and it's got great gaming creds too

You are comparing a sports car with a Rolls Royce.

If i was using a mouse for a laptop i would expect bluetooth too.

I use this for casual gaming on games like Killing Floor or COD. Nothing wrong with it, plus I can switch between my home desktop and my work laptop at a press of a button.

Like I said, the multi-device sync is nice but I found this thing way too heavy for everyday use and the lag for gaming was super annoying even though I don't play twitch stuff.

If I were expected to push one of the two then I'd take a sports car ;-)

Not saying the MX Master isn't well-built, but it's certainly heavy and bulky. Obviously it's down to personal taste but after years of testing and trying different mice (used to work in IT procurement) I'd take a lightweight, balanced model over something like the MX Master

I'd take the one with bluetooth and side scrolling.

Fair play.
There isn't really any noticeable lag with wireless mice as they poll at the full rate that is supported (unless it's a terrible mouse). It's a bit of a placebo based on older tech!

I also prefer a heavier mouse, light ones like those silly model o with all the speed holes would be pure hell for me!

Good to use, but the price is not nice. This is how much I paid last year. Electronics should be cheaper after one year.
