i wont be buying anything from logitech again...i have the logitech one (18mths old), webcam 5000 (14 months old), mx revolution mouse (7 months).....none have drivers or software updated for win 7 32 or 64 bit yet...thats just not good enough for premium products......luckily win7 drivers for the mouse works, but it doesnt like the one software much and i cant install the webcam software at all on 2 win 7 computers 32bit and 64bit, even though it says it compliant....logitech havent responded to my questions sent 3 weeks ago

Which way did you contact them, through the website support form? As on the two occasions I have had to contact them about faulty mice they have been very quick, same day in fact. In the end sending replacement mice under their 5 year guarantee.

Works well with SKYPE

logitech drivers fall into 2 categories...

1. they work first time for you and you never touch them again, or

2. they dont work, and constantly cause you headaches when you do get them working.

2 pieces of advice with logitech stuff....

1. Dont install their bloated waste of space software unless you absolutely have to.
2. If the device is working, dont f**k around with it's drivers/software... leave well alone !

Logitech also work from a different dictionary deffinition of the word "support" to the rest of the world, by contacting their "support" all you will do is lose 30 minutes of your life with nothing to show for it
