Was considering getting a squeezebox classic/duet/touch but decided my bedroom and kitchen needed a new up-to-date sound source a lot more than my hifi. Plus its got built in 3.5mm out anyways if I ever needed to. I'll be using as my bedroom alarm/kitchen background noise! Reviews of the Squeezebox radio here:

guardian.co.uk/tec…iew
engadget.com/200…ew/
digitaltrends.com/pro…ew/
pcpro.co.uk/rev…dio
avrev.com/hom…tml

It can stream last.fm, pandora (USA), napster and all of BBC's live AND past shows, plus its got a ton of apps to download which enable further things. Spotify support has been talked of for 2010. Oh, and its got a 3.5mm line in to connect to your iPOD!

Using a £20 off code available here: amazon.co.uk/gp/…023

NOTE: THIS IS CHEAPER THAN THE PREVIOUS DEAL POSTED!!

*fingers crossed* on the upcoming Spotify application!

This is cheaper than the previous deal posted: hotukdeals.com/ite…zon

Can this voucher be used on the Squeezebox boom? If so, the additional price is well worth it in my opinion.

Why vote cold? This one's cheaper than the old post

Bought one b4 xmas for the wife. similar price

She thinks it's ace and can fully utilise the whole of our music collection from the kitchen in seconds

I agree it's excellent and loads of channels on the radio - from anywhere not just local.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the old post effectively identical? The link to the deal is exactly the same. Amazon have simply cut the price, rather than you finding an "exclusive" deal of sorts. In my opinion it was the original thread that brought attention to this Amazon item and therefore deserves the credit.

The rate that Amazon change their prices, if every item was reposted each time the forums would be flooded with Amazon deals.

A) I bought this when it was £120 a few days ago with Christmas money.
B) I found the cheaper price from the squeezebox forums (forums.slimdevices.com/sho…013) which is when I found out it was £115
C) JESUS CHRIST YOU CANT PLEASE EVERYONE HUH? The whole point of the forums is to find cheaper prices, it's not a competition fella. Chill out, just trying to tell people that you can get it cheaper, and you're trolling this?

Good post, but would be better if its under £100!
