    Anyone know whether this will work properly with a usb c to usb a adaptor? I don't have any spare usb c ports and I'm using a dongle. (edited)
    It works fine using an adaptor - its how I use mine.

    great camera. had it for 2 years at which point it costed £114.

    How easy is it to switch from the inbuilt FaceTime camera to this one? Easy peasy or not worth the hassle?
    If it's like a normal webcam, which I expect it is, you just make sure that it is selected in your video calling app. I have an external webcam working fine for teams and zoom on an m1 MacBook.
