I already have two of these keyboards. Thought excellent when paid £19.99. Bargain at this price.

Nice deal, such a shame they've changed to the £20 limit for free super saver delivery if you don't have Prime!

Might be worth checking if you qualify for the free £5 voucher when purchasing £20 of vouchers.....and then put them toward it. Check here - amazon.co.uk/gp/…031 If you qualify you get the additional £5 code 24hrs after your purchase.

Stupid questions can only have stupid answers, so I think I'm safe with this one...

Does the trackpad only work with scrolling? I.e. cannot be used as mouse functionality?

I haven't used this particular keyboard but pretty certain the trackpad works as a mouse and there's two physical buttons underneath fir left or right-click of mouse.

The trackpad works as a mouse... just like pretty much every other trackpad.

I've got one of these. They are just the job for a raspberry pi avoiding the need for a separate mouse :¬}

Great KB. Had mine about a year for my HTPC. Dropped countless times. Also note that there is a button on the very top left of the unit that has the function of a left hand mouse button so it can be held with 2 hands like a giant gamepad while using your right thumb for the the trackpad and right mouse button which, surprisingly, is very effective.

On some track pads they have a designated spot for scrolling to the left or right of the track pad. This one does NOT have scrolling at all. Still a nice keyboard and perfect for raspberry pi/htpc media machines.

Cheers, i took from the listing description that this trackpad was scroll only, not a traditional trackpad.

They're obsolete. In Win 8 and 10, and possibly 7 as well, you can just use two fingers anywhere on the pad to scroll.

Extactly.
It's a great product,100x times better than those cheap chinese ones on ebay and amazon, however I was really disappointed to find out it doesn't have bluetooth and relies on outdated usb dongle thing.

Reliable bluetooth keyboards with trackpads are impossible to find =/

Recently tried amazon.co.uk/gp/…s00 , it looks nice and the keyboard backlight is great, but it constantly refuses to connect to devices and when it does, it repeats the letters I type, quite annoying that I had to return it because it was really nice, and actually well made for the price

sorry for off topic.

Saves battery having Bluetooth off, doesn't it?

Saves battery having Bluetooth off, doesn't it?

Maybe, but in current form it wastes a USB port for the dongle..in many devices that this keyboard is made for there is only one USB port (like the Amazon Fire TV).
I need that port for USB storage and using a splitter makes it look messy and ugly.
I'd have much preferred shorter battery life to such compromise.rechargable batteries are there so no problems.

Yes but this is Logitech,if they wanted they could have made a reliable bluetooth keyboard.
Apple iMac keyboards are bluetooth and super reliable for example.

I know, been using a logitech mouse i've had for 5+ years, and still going strong. They probably don't want to 'out compete' with their own product I suppose..

Ordered!
Cheers OP.

Does anyone know of a similar product but bluetooth version. i want to use it with my thinkpad 8.

This was £28 from Amazon when I was browsing for this model yesterday 27 May, so a huge £10 price drop suggests a pricematch. Anybody know who it is matching (and who may have more favourable p&p terms)? Thanks.

Sorry you're wrong. I have 3 of these and they do two fingers scrolling. Did it on windows 7 and does it on 8.1

30seconds video demo showing option for K400 one finger scroll: youtube.com/wat…f7w and AFAIR, two finger scroll is standard on this model.

Thanks for posting ..hot

Best wireless keyboard for media and internet surfing.. Its the on and off switch that makes this a winner .. Defo worth it!!

Scrolling works for me, use two fingers simultaneously to scroll up or down

I think the two finger scroll is on all laptops - at least all laptops I have used-, so it should be on all trackpads.

This keyboard rocks. hopefully it's the K400r. This will be my 4th keyboard in the last couple of years. Not had to replace the battery in any of them yet, makes me feel all fuzzy inside.
Remember to disable trackpad click in the unified software as it's annoying and the top left hand mouse button is the easy option.

Ordered to go with my Minix

Think of it like a laptop keyboard and track pad.

Use one on my HTPC and also a wall-mounted dashboard thing at work, ideal for both. Range is really good unlike some of their mice.

will this work on an android TV box?
looking to replace the cheap Chinese one that I bought but no longer working.

this is an excellent keyboard, ordered 2 more at that price. cheers OP!

This is a great keyboard for occasional use - light, robust, and with lots of useful functions. For permanent use (desktop) I certainly prefer my Microsoft keyboard, because this one is a bit small, but that is not what it is meant for anyway.

What is the difference between K400r and standard?

Buy something for £2.01 as well to save £2 if not on prime :). Ie delivery is £3.99 but to get to £20 for free delivery spend £2.01 on something. Better to get an item than pay for delivery imo.
