I like you
I've always found that Logitech speakers are great for sound quality. They will never come close to satisfying an audiophile, but more than decent enough for everyone else. You'll probably find than they are the best speaker per pound you can get - £100 speakers won't be five times better.

There is nothing wrong with the electronics, but the plastic knobs and cases often get scratched up and chopped when assembled.

Excellent speakers.
Have had these for at least 3 years now they're unreal value. Highly recommend to all looking for speakers who don't wish to break the bank.
I also have a pair of these for months now and they sound clear with decent bass
Got these for about £20, 3 years ago. Can highly recommend them, great sound quality, & having a secondary audio input is way more useful than I'd first imagined.
Currently using them with a monitor + Chromecast for TV & an Echo Dot for smart home geekery.
Just a couple of questions guys to those that own these please.

how are these powered? does it have aux port? if battery powered, how long does charge last?

want to hook this up to a chromecast audio.
I've got these and paid similar (I think).

I'm far from an audiophile but found they were average for their price. Nothing mind blowing.

Mains power and connection is 3.5m jack in to back of PC.

There is a headphones 'in' and another 'in' with a musical symbol on it.

Cheers

thanks for the response. looking a mains powered speaker with a usb port and aux port so I can use the usb to power the chromecast audio.

my search continues.
I know everyone else in this thread only has positive comments, but I bought these early last year and was very very disappointed with them.

The sound quality is subpar to say the least, mids are almost nonexistent. The speakers are way larger than they need to be which is a pain if you're using them on a small desk. The build quality on the plastic is good enough, but they're very light and cheap feeling. And worst of all, they're really underpowered.

Overall, they're good as a very basic set of speakers just to put on a family pc. But for anyone wanting anything close to good sound quality, invest the money into the Creative T20 Soundworks speakers. They are insanely good, even though they're in a totally different price range, and they're worth every penny. I even use them for parties and stuff, or whenever my friends have pres at mine. They're exceptional.

Tl;dr: just know what you're buying with these. They're pretty sucky and worth more like £10. A case of form over function.
I would agree with the above. If you are seduced by the '10w' rating the sound distorts seriously over 50% of max volume. Doesn't compare with may budget speakers of 20 years ago that cost about a tenner.

My advice is to pay a lot more for decent sound or buy cheaper if you want just sound without the enjoyment of reasonably faithful reproduction.

To counter what I wrote abpove - this is a brilliant deal if you wish to connect two inputs in which case you will get better quality (though still mediocre) than any two cheaper speaker systems. That's my sole reason for purchase. Two desktops and I would be only be able to listen to one at a time.
