do these need to be plugged in via mains socket or just via aux? looking for some with just aux connect and no external mains connection.

Great find. Ordered as my son is getting a 24" tv for his bedroom so I can move the bloody xbox out of mine. These should supplement the TVs own sound adequately. Got him Rocksmith on 360 too...I must be mad!

I also nabbed these on Black Friday for the same price Nice set of 2.1 speakers for the money. they need to be plugged into mains.

Will these be good for tv?

Been this price before. But everything else for £20 is absolute rubbish. This is decent

B****r, what a time to be overdrawn lol

Nice, back at this price again, bought on Black Friday for same, supposed to be getting delivered today. Hopefully pretty good, lots of decent reviews anyway.

Ive had these for about 6 months and I recommend them. Some sellers sell these for £89.99 on ebay, I paid around £35 so this is an absolute steal. They sound awesome, very powerful too loud on maximum! Go for it!

can these be used like soundbar with television?

One Aux cable to audio.
And gets its power from one plug.

If your tele has a 3.5mm jack for say listening to your tele via headphones then yeah.

Thanks, missed out on these last time but grabbed them now!

Just bought another set!!!
I have had these for over a year now. (got them on black Friday last year).
These are amazing speakers for the price. I bought a cheep TV recently and the speakers in it were really bad. Hooked up these bad boys to the TV and the sound is magical.
You even have the option to turn down the bass on its own while leaving the treble at a high volume.
Would highly recommend these!!!

Yeah had them years ago too (sold because my friend offered me more than what I paid) - awesome bass and quality, for the price you can't really go wrong

Yes they are good for TV, its what I use mine for, quite I got mine back in the summer.

It's 100% claimed for ME is there any chance someone might not checkout and I could still get one or am I wasting my time?

Once added to basket you get 15 minutes to purchase.
If not purchased within 15 minutes the item gets removed from the basket and offered to the next person on the "waiting list".
If there is no option to join a waiting list, then I think that all have been purchased.

Headphone jack will work, but if you have LINE OUT/AUX OUT AUDIO or something along those lines you are better using that as it'll output the sound at the correct level.

If you use the headphone jack, and the volume is not at a level it likes, you'll get distortion (or very quiet sound). Think it may even be possible to blow something in them if it's WAY too high but I'm not sure a TV headphone jack is capable of that sort of level ....

100% claimed and it has 3hrs remaining, can't place an order for that price...

Anyway....?

Missed it again
