they didn't use any of the bath bomb things

I've had several of these pass through my hands, the "egg" is actually quite well made and I've kept one for our kid who loves LOL dolls

of course they're overpriced but for a kid who likes opening the small ones, they will 100% love opening this on Christmas day

£60 isn't that bad for a Christmas present, there are plenty of other expensive presents which are actually stupid but this isn't that bad

I would avoid if your kid isn't a huge fan of LOL dolls, this isn't a way to start them off with the dolls either, as going from this to the small ones will just be a disappointment

all big surprise "eggs" contain the same items, just in case people still don't know, so no need to buy more than 1

I know someone who bought 3 for their kid, they were all opening on her birthday and they had no idea until it was too late to return them

warning if your childern have seen these on youtube etc the surprise is over as they all have the same bits & dolls in so they will just be unwrapping them for the sake of it..for the same reason dont buy 2 for the same child..wait until after xmas when they will be sold cheaper, or some child has had 2 and then put on sale on ebay.

Big Surprise...

Big Empty Surprise!

£60 for a few bits of plastic is bad enough but to pay £180 for 3 I'm gobsmacked.

also B & M stores are selling there own version of the small balls for £2.99 ok to put in stockings, a lot of children are asking for lol dolls not knowing what they are

Now you know why its called 'LOL' They are laughing Out Loud at you

£60 for a giant kinder egg and you dont even get any chocolate

The amazon reviews for this are absolutely appalling!

Bit like the lucky bags I bought when I was a kid not much in them but heck did I get a buzz, kinda gambling for under 18s.
Sometimes you have to learn the hard way,get the kids what they want just keep them away from the bookies lol.
When my kids were young they used to play with the carboard boxes the gumf came in and have a whale of a time.
Dont sit around criticizing your kids pressies, what they really want is you to join in the adventure, you can turn a cardboard box into the Dawn Treader and.

I've seen Facebook pages where they're making big kinder eggs out of a balloon covered in Papier maché and decorating it themselves, putting a hole in the back for kids to punch through and then filling it themselves. Would get a damn sight more in it for the money.

If your child is not mad about the small lol surprise you just wouldn't get it. These are also for younger kids around 5. The small balls are £10 each so this is equivalent of getting 5 looking at the accessories inside. So I would call it a waste...... just a extra treat for Xmas.

I've seen several of those posts, the majority of which make me think we're close to Easter and not Christmas..

Why can’t kids just be spoilt and get what they’ve asked “Santa” & mummy & daddy for, for the 2 days out of the year (xmas & birthday) without people moaning about the money. £60/365 = £0.16p roughly. Is it a pile of crap to us, yes. To these little people it’s the most amazing thing ever.

I have to give grudging respect to these product developers that comes up with the product idea of putting tat in a glitzy ball and flogging it for £60

but for £60, we can buy better and more piles of crap which would be more fun and last longer so would get our more monies worth

My daughter loves these and at £5 and £10 they cost a bit bit the £10 doll is well made with little accessories I think for £60 it’s about prices right.

Given price of the wee ones they not that badly priced for what's inside if it's what your child wants. It's the only thing on one of my girls Christmas list.. She knows what's inside she had watched it on YouTube and still wants her own one.. Let kids be kids Christmas is not the time yo play scrooge just because you think it's rubbish.. Sure our parents thought same about some of the stuff we wanted..my only grumble is those who only buy up stock to make profit.. That spoils the magic of christmas.. Most of us save hard to get what our kids want and don't need to be faced with feeding greedy pockets just because they rich enough to buy up what stock is about
