Bottle opener that looks like the open buttons on London Underground trains. This actually is bigger than it looks. A5 size. Has two strong magnets on the back so can be put on the fridge and used without coming off. Was £19.99 but now £13.99. Brought one from home and looks great and works great.

They have loads of other London Transport goods on sale. Also they have free delivery. They have a large number of items the London Transport Museum Shop has but do not charge postage like they do.

Can get much cheaper bottle openers but none that look as good as this. It also is less fiddly and lets you open bottles quickly with one hand. Which is always useful.

Had one for years, great bit of kit

Great Amazon review....NOT!

"This just doesn't work. The sequence of events is as follows:

1) The user inserts the bottle, almost horizontally, and applies pressure;
2) The cap loosens slightly, causing beer to fizz out;
3) The opener falls off the fridge because the magnet isn't strong enough;
4) The user wanders off to find a different bottle opener and a cloth for the floor."

I think it must be down to the fridge it's sticking to. The magnet is very strong and I've never had any bother with mine. The only time I've had a bit of spray or spillage is when I haven't had a chance to chill the beer properly and it's still a bit warm.

I paid £5 for one of these from Debenhams at Xmas. Great item
