That stock photo is terrible and looks very little like the watch in real life.

The point of this watch is that it's a very faithful reissue of a vintage dress watch at a vintage size of 35mm, but without the spare parts availability issues which you are likely to encounter with the vintage Longines Conquests on which this is based

If you're in the market for that, this is a good deal compared to RRP.

For those that prefer large modern watches there's not exactly a shortage of choice...

Tried it on in their Lincoln store today - a lovely watch, but the Hesalite dome put me off (I've already got an Omega Speedmaster with Hesalite, but felt this would have been better with sapphire crystal. I had to 'educate' their "trained Longines specialist' in the store who stated it was sapphire and would not believe me until the specs were checked on the internet...

Beautiful and solid dress watch for the price. A tad small at 35mm but for those like me with thin wrists, works well. Wish I can justify this but my Max Bill is still beating strong.
