Lonsdale Exercise Bike
This is a very sturdy, reliable and simple to operate bike offered at lowest price you will find for a gym machine.

At the heart of this Lonsdale machine is an enclosed steel flywheel round which is a rubber friction belt. This gives the constant resistance for your workout. Within easy reach below the handle bars is the only control you need, the resistance adjustment knob. As you warm up and increase your speed you can select the resistance for the workout session.

The computer controlled display is superior to comparable bikes. Its dual digital display means that the most important reading, your speed is constantly displayed. The other readout can be used for time, distance, calories or to scan between the three. For those who just want the challenge of the exercise it will turn itself on when you start to pedal and turn off 4 minutes after you stop. There is a single red button for those who prefer manual control.

The saddle is padded and can be locked into one of four positions. The pedals come with Velcro strap to get the correct fit for your trainers. The handlebars have long rubber covers to for a comfortable grip even with sweaty hands. Large rubber feat prevent scratching you floor.

...then insert them into your mouth.

Pretend to smile like this is the first time such an idea has been mentioned in a "Deal" thread for an exercise bike.

I know. Keeps the muppets on their toes.

These things really need to advertise how much resistance they can provide.

For £44 you could get 3 months membership at a cheap gym and you'd be much better off since most people will be able to outstrip the max resistance cheapo home bikes like these can provide within that time-frame if they're actually dedicated.

Sports Direct post sale customer services is non existent. Good luck if you have a problem.

i wouldn't be seen out dead riding that!
