i dread to think what the quality of these meals are like but sadly its easier and cheaper to eat crappy food than to do it all yourself.

To be fair, have a read.....

They used to tell you the exact farm they came from and all seemed to be great quality and locally sourced to the UK.

Not checked for a while though
Love these.

Thank You
The quality of these meals is superb, I've tried all the flavors above and the quality shows.
Just noticed, some (maybe all) are Gluten Free
You don't get a big portion, but they are quite tasty and the best thing is they have a very long shelf life. I found the meatballs a bit too spicy, but the curry ones are nice.

Apologies, i assumed they were the usual Tesco cheap ready meals....didnt know LWWF was a brand. They actually look pretty reasonable.

Just in case you were not aware, they do 2 different meat balls, one of which isn't spicy, not sure which ones I prefer.
Other half loves the Chilli con Carne, always stocks up at this price. The portion is smaller than it used to be but still good quality.

Isle of Wight!!!
I found some in the 99p shop. Worth a look if you're in there anyway and I think the products are excellent.
They can be tricky to find. I think in ours they are with the stuff like pies in tins, Stagg chilli, that kind of thing.

I got the beef in ale to try, very watery and disappointing, seems a different league to the supermarket ones
I ate a LWWF pea and apple soup that was "Best Before" Nov 2012 last week. It was great. These long life pouches work like a charm.

I haven't tried that one yet but I liked the chicken casserole one. They had the korma and the bolognese in my store like they do in Tesco. I figured they were all the same apart from availability of individual lines?

One good thing is that they have a high amount of protein in them. A pack is on average 200 calories with some higher and some lower with around 20g of protein per pack. At a a pound a pack, this makes them comparable to the protein bars and beef jerky for nutritional content and price.

They only had beef in ale and a soup (cant remember which) at mine, thought it was different as never seen it in supermarkets before.
FYI the Habanero Chilli is realllllly hot.

Love their standard chilli as I like to keep my stomach lining intact.
For a quid ... Hmmm ... what sort of horse meat is in it?

But The actual aisle in the supermarket which is what I think you mean will probably be the rice and spaghetti aisle...:p

Not aware of a horse one. The rose veal was good, as was the venison, and they do a nice pork in madeira (or at least did) but yet to see horse. If I did I'd buy it.
I buy these for camping, stick the unopened bag in boiling water for 3 mins. Does the same job as the microwave. Eat straight out of the bag. Tastes great and no need for a plate.
Also noticed these in the 99p shop yesterday.
