Getting there. Got in on DVD and Blu-ray already so I'll wait till it hits 40.
Will watch it on September 2nd anyway instead of that atrocity that shall not be named.

Are these based on the new IP that Amazon is making which sounds awesome and inclusive to all and diverse in many ways, I hear the new series is so inoffensive and inclusive there is no story so it can’t offend anyone and modernised away from the original author.

btw, got these already on DVD in the box set extended. T

Seems to get very mixed reviews on picture quality. I’ve seen a few comparison shots where the blu ray is much better. Will probably wait for the inevitable remastered version at some point (edited)

I got the digital versions on iTunes . It is certainly a weird one, some scenes eg closeups look great in the 4k release, others look a bit blurry due to the crap noise reduction applied (edited)
