Don't know why people hate this game, I think it's great fun with friends. That's the key though, without friends it would be a dull experience.

Still, I've played it almost every night for the past few weeks with a few mates and it's a great laugh.

thanks

great game but it is impossible unless u have 4 human players in co-op ! But it is an amazing game especially the bosses which are massive and can take 10-15 minutes to kill

Awesome, missed this deal when it was on previously at this price. Glad I got it now.

Nice one.

Just couldnt get on with it, not like the first, a real let down for me.

But still completed it for the chievos, and as said MMMEEEEGGGGAAAAAA bosses lol

Can the co-op play be split-screen, or just online?
I like to play games split-screen with the kids...

Nice. Been looking for a cheap copy. Heard it was not a great game, but i enjoyed the demo and for a fiver you cant go wrong really. Just ordered my copy.

I believe it is split screen 2 player, but might be worth checking on xbox.com first...

Would be nice if it could do local co-op. Does it HAVE to be played with others or can it comfortably be completed single player ?.

On the back of the box it says 1-2 player offline so I assume so. The game isn't hard by any stretch of the imagination but this game is designed to be played with others. There's loads of randoms to play online with but like everything it's better with friends.

We don't have a local co-op round here, just Spars, Tesco and Sainsburys

i'd love to get this for my free xbox 360!!!
thanks for the heads up!

ordered the PS3 version for a fiver a month ago and 'still waiting for stock' so hopefully your copies arrive, cold from me because play keep doing this at the moment

Good game. I bought it a couple of weeks ago for £7.95 and cannot understand why it gets such a slagging. I understand there where a list of bugs but they have been patched . The 1 player campaign is a decent length and has drop in/out multiplayer co-op. It has a load of training missions which are fun mini-games by themselves. SImulated multiplayer training with the various game modes. There are a ton of things to unlock from weapons to character parts, abilities (like perks) etc and you can build your XP, level up and unlock them without playing online. I have not ventured online yet (had a quick look) because I know I'll get slaughtered by higher level players who have better weapons and abilities. Also the GFX are really good. Underated game and a bargain for a fiver.

Anyone up for a online battle with me on lost planet 2?
