They started paying their referral bill again as they're doing well in the current climate.

It was I believe but don't know why. If you look at posted deals the last ASDA deal was posted on 5th April 2020. Deals have only jsut started appearing again on 10th June 2010

They weren't banned, Asda just asked HUKD not to post deals when the pandemic started presumably because they were stacked trying to provide basics. I guess now things are a bit more under control, they're ok with HUKD posting deals again.

There was a post about it somewhere.

They were suspended for a while then it got sorted but for the reason you mentioned Asda requested no posts be allowed for a short while but it’s all good again hotukdeals.com/dis…073

If you look into it all ASDA deals were actually banned from 17th December 2019. On 25th March 2020 HUKD decide to allow deals to posted during lockdown relating to ASDA Groceries and ASDA Fuel. They have just finally lift a ban on all ASDA services from 10th June 2020. Would be interesting to know the real reason why one of the big 4 supermarkets were banned for nearly 6 months.

Oooh I just had a quick google and yes I hadn't realised that happened. I found a discussion thread that suggested perhaps Asda hadn't paid due commission to HUKD or had maybe been paying someone to post deals on here but who knows?

I'm interested what went on there now!
They swapped recyclable pots for non recyclable plastic wrapper. It’s a no from me.
