No one knows the best diet for every human, but looking at how humans ate naturally then we ate meat and plants, and we couldn't always eat meat so had to survive on less meat throughout the week. Paleo (is nothing like the diet the san bushmen eat, san bushmen diet is the real Paleo) Keto, Carnivore are fad diets. Vegan is more difficult because certainly it's possible to eat only plants, we certainly got B12 from animal faeces and insects when eating vegetarian/vegan. Vitamin D apparently most people in the nothern hemisphere are deficient, but Vitamin D is stored in fat so if you're over weight it will appear that you're deficient but the Vitamin D is stored in the fat so it gives an inaccurate reading.

Low FODMAP , low Salicylicate diets are useful, like Gluten free, but most people don't need to be on them, if you are on them because they're the latest trend then it's a fad.
Thank you that's what I need.
