Have just purchased this as an upgrade to my slingshot 102aw that has been great but can literally only carry the camera and a few accessories. This bag will take my iPad, and quite a few accessories not to mention the internals are fully removable and customisable so this can become a normal none camera bag too when needed.

would it take a 12" laptop? best for the price and hope the quality looks as good been looking for a travel back pack to carry various bits as well as the camera

This is lovely and a great price, bravo.

I'm looking or something much smaller if anyone has any recommendations? To fit a Canon DSLR with 200mm zoom lens only - just to protect while on a short trip out of the house. Single strap is fine. Ideas?

Took me a while to find someone who answered this as I have a surface pro 3 and hoped it would fit but apparently the slot is litterally a 10 inch iPad and smaller only, no MacBooks or anything bigger than the 10 inch tablet size, I'll use my iPad with it but would be cool if the surface pro squeezed in there :-(

I got quote a nice case logic one from Amazon a while ago...use it for a Nikon D7000 with 200mm zoom or 300mm zoom just depending....unfortunately I've just looked up the price of it on Amazon and although I paid around £20 3 years ago they're now selling it for £55.33...still will put the link in to see if it is the kind of thing you'd be looking for...it's really well padded but not too heavy which is what I was looking for and after 3 years of constant use it's still got a lot of life in it....good for everyday use but you won't fit much in it apart from the camera and the lens...I also have various other bags/backpacks/toploaders depending on which camera I'm using or how much equipment I need to carry with me....everything from lowepro to Manfrotto to Kata...the other thing is if it's just the camera and lens you want to carry may be worth considering a toploader type bag....lowepro and other companies do various ones....will put an example below but you'd need to measure to make sure the camera would fit. A toploader would certainly be more compact that any of the others but sorry I can't be of more help.

Anyway link for Caselogic sling one is as follows:

I got a Thinktank Turnstyle 5 (slingshot style) to carry a Lumix GX8 + 12-35mm lens + another small lens + 2 batteries, 2 filters etc.
The GX8 is a bit big for M43 camera - but don't know how it compares to a Canon DSLR - worth checking if it will carry yours. Its a nice compact size with a number of compartments and also has a tablet compartment and a raincover which tucks away.

I'm wondering the same for my Chromebook

Would this take a Nikon D7200 with Nikon 200-500mm lens attached?
