I'm sure they have changed the recipe on these definitely don't taste like they used to??
They probably have to bring sugar levels down to avoid charging sugar levy prices.

Aldi £1.25 for 4 if your not bothered about the brand name.
The name doesn’t bother me, it’s the orange crud that sits at the bottom of the Aldi ones that bothers me. Reminds me of ration pack Powdered orange.

I miss when Lucozade Sport used to be available in powder, the orange, raspberry and especially the caffeinated lemon one were all decent.
Haven't been able to find a real decent alternative since it was discontinued.

It's not even just the flavour that's changed, apparently they reduced the glucose (sugar) levels by around 65% to avoiding sugar taxes. So effectively the drink is now 65% worse at providing the glucose boost for which some would normally rely on this...

Ahhhhh! My favourite hangover cure of old.... and, you're right, it isn't as nice as it used to be!

    Perfect for diabetics
Rather the opposite, we used to buy lucozade for my T1 son as a fast sugar treatment for dangerous hypos.
These low sugar and sugar free versions are completely useless, and the same for most other low sugar drinks, thanks to the damned sugar tax.
