I've been thinking about buying one of these for a while, but was put off by the price - hard to find one for less than £99.99. They're meant to be really good for waking you up naturally (through sunrise feature) and may be useful for people suffering from SAD.

To get this deal:

(1) go through CBK (for 3.5% cashback) to Boots
(2) add Lumie advanced Bodyclock - £99.99
(3) Automatically will get 1600 card points & free pack of fibre slim (rrp £8.99)
(4) use voucher code: TSAK75 for 10% off

Hope I've posted this ok, but am sure someone will let me know if not!

That one (stupidly) doesn't have a sunset function.

Bought one of these last year, made no difference whatsoever, was forever going wrong and eventually broke altogether. Not advisable, as not reliable and gets extremely hot.

Err, you, like it seems a number of other posters, have misunderstood what this product is. It is NOT a SAD lamp. SAD lamps produce large amounts of light with the idea that it will help reduce seasonal affective disorder.

This lamp is a dawn simulator. Before the time you want to wake up it gently increases the light with the intention of emulating a normal sunrise supposedly waking you up by the same mechanism that woke up our ancestors for millions of years before artificial lighting was invented. Now whether this has any significant benefit on your wellbeing is arguable but I do know that I much prefer being woken by mine than a instantly screeching alarm clock or radio. A bright light on a timer would be just as unpleasant as an audible alarm.
