Just my 2p. Ordered one of these a short while ago and could not use all the sockets because the USB connectors were misaligned. Contacted the seller and they sent their apologies and a replacement with no fuss.

Went away the weekend before last and took the replacement with, having used it with no problems in the couple of months that I'd had it, plugged it in whilst we were away and it went bang and took out the fuse in the plug. It has gone straight in the bin and I bought a 6 port Tecknet from Amazon for £9.49. Now that I've used both, chalk and cheese. The Tecknet one is miles better quality. Amazon = B00OL1M5XO

These are often reported to Buzz quite loudly, the more you connect the more it buzzes. Many reports of the same on amazon reviews. I sent mine back

I agree, our Lumsing stuff is junk, it charges much slower than our other chargers, even with just one thing connected and it supposedly has IQ ports. It's not just one device either, it's slower with all our devices.

ahhh ,,, needed this badly ,,,,Fakespot is showing D rating . decisions decisions. Anyone has any other suggestions .

Fakespot is a joke. Sure it points out the dodgy products but you could tell yourself and the ones that you couldn't tell it can't either.

It will pretend it can though.

Garbage.

My Lumsing charger has just failed after 7 months. The only response I've had from them is ' Have you turned it off and on again?' which, after 20 years of working in IT, was the first thing I tried...

I've got 2 of the quick charge version of this 5 ports - qc 2.0 works fine and my moto x recognises it the only thing is the buzz when something is charging, its not that loud but in a quiet room you can pick it up. I've had one for 10 months and the other one is only couple of weeks old. YMMV. Not tried other brands so cant compare, I think the Anker are probably best substitute but the always have a price premium.

I'd say Aukey are the next best substitute in my opinion. Prices are much more reasonable than Anker plus the quality in my experience has been excellent.
