And a baking tray. Even if it was just for butter still a saving.

What tin is it?? I have the brownie tin and loaf tin is this a different one? X

Worth a look then. Could use it for basting the wild goose!

1Kg tubs of Lurpack are £3 in Asda at the moment, saw them yesterday

This is good value - Tesco were selling same product at £5 a couple of weeks ago.

Bought this from our Tesco last month when they were £4. The tin is actually pretty good quality, and is around 8" square.

This is butter

just in time for Christmas heat

I paid £3 for 2 in Asda just now, and that's without the tin so it's a pretty good deal I think. There's loads of baking you can't do with the 'spreadable' versions so thanks for posting.

bought this today - good deal

Brill deal, I bought for £4 few week ago, I thought that was good :-)

I like your slogan, let's get it on Dragon's Den and make this happen.

Lurpaks slogan should be "Lurpak, the destroyer of bread!" Totally rips bread apart its that rock solid lol....

Anyone been able to use the £1 off voucher that comes in the tin (against the next purchase of butter and tin)

Just asking . . .

It's reduced to clear in stores, that's a weird one. But it is showing as not available online

Haven't tried, but it clearly shows the cooks range on it, you could always take it out and give it to them when you buy this the first time and let is all know

I got this today, was online at £4 last night but £3 in store today! Yay! I have a few of the loaf tins and they are great, so i was quite pleased with this today. Also wondered whether i'd get away with using the £1 voucher to buy it but wimped out!!

I picked one up in Norwich tonight, considering I was buying butter anyway it was a good deal!

Why would you visit four Tesco stores in one day?

You might be able to use the voucher in the Tesco magazine with this though I've not tried it.

The Asda deal isn't for butter (that's why it's spreadable).

I can't think of any reason why not if this is 'cook's range'
should be able to use both on a second trip

As previously advised this is real butter not spreadable which includes hydrogenated vegetable oil or it would not be spreadable

It's not part of the cooks range, it's normal block butter. I bought half a dozen of these (I use Lurpack block butter anyway) and did use the coupon on the cooking liquid, which was reduced at the local Morrisons anyway. It's quite handy. Might have a go at using the coupons for a couple more. No big deal if they're not accepted anyway
