This stuff is always on a deal somewhere, I never pay more than £2 for 500grm tub

They are two for £4 in tesco (500g) so would rather have them smaller and fresher, but this is still a better offer. So heat.

never buy this stuff at this time of year as real salted butter is cheaper, tastes better and spreads just fine

I don't think that's correct. Lurpak has 64% butter content whereas most others have a lower butter content e.g. Anchor 54%.

I stand corrected. I'd checked on the packaging a couple of years ago but I must have looked at the light version. Lurpac for me from now on

try Grahams i prefer it to Lurpak and it is normally £2 per 500g from aldi, plus it comes from Scotland
