Nice of you to share the deal .... Makes a change from people sharing nits!
this is definitely a bargain if you said the rrp is around £8..nice find and thanks for the post..X)
What were the use by dates? Last time they had these in the use by wasn't very long. Still good though as a "just in case", for a quid you can't complain.
You can register your children with your local chemist for the minor illments scheme and get lots of things, this included for free
The spray is Nov 2012 and the mousse is March 2013.
Does this work for pubic lice as well?
cold poundshop offering
dunno how it's cold, this would cost £11 odd in Boots!
Thanks

I don't think so, but you can get stuff for that for free from the GUM clinic which you ought to visit anyway if you picked up crabs (_;)
I can't get it for my kids on prescription as my doctor is not one of the ones that's registered witht the scheme
Great deal if it works.Spent £100's over the past couple of years :v(
Take some getting rid off imo
Finally, I can get rid of these lice!
if you dont have any solution and you need to get rid of lice quick, a hair straightener kills them instantly. this is tried and tested..no kidding.
Although do be careful
btw good deal on the lyclear
You can get this FREE if your on a low income from the Chemist, along with lots of other things
Still scratching my head about this one.
what a lousy deal!
Just don't go in the pound shop and you won't
Need to buy this ha ha
I think everyone. Needs an education in nits before using chemicals on our kids hair. Where have the come from? Bear in mind nits a resistant to this stuff cause the have revolved over people using this too often. Theoretical yes it may work. But everyone esp who it came from needs doing. As it only takes one to get reinfected again. My kids have caught nits several times from school. Best treatment nit comb n conditioner every few days. Hence one off payment for comb then free after that. Even cheaper.
I bought a nitty gritty from ebay, which was recommended by my hairdresser, has worked for me!

Whilst I do agree with you on the conditioner and a nitty gritty comb, I think you also need a bit of education into different nit treatments. Lyclear and full marks are not chemical based, they have a silicone in them (which is also found in many hair conditioners)which smothers the lice and eggs causing them to dehydrate and die. Personally I use full marks first and then carry on with normal conditioner combings every other day. I can then get rid of them within a fortnight. The hardest part is being very thorough with separating the hair and making sure you are only combing tiny sections. I also found the nitty gritty comb is far superior to other combs, mainly because it gets so many eggs out too which other cheaper combs seemed to have missed.
Thanks
Thanks, bargain compared to the normal price and the youngest came home with nits yesterday.
